Title: How do i get items?

Ok, i know this sounds a bit noobish but....how do you get items in FH? i always see pictures with peope with spike collars and horns and little twigs in peoples mouths? is it only for FH+? idk PLEASE HELP :(

The items are for Feral Heart and Feral Heart + since FH+ is just a modified version of the regular Feral Heart. You can get them from here :) :

Be sure to refer to the "read me" file that comes with the download so that you install it right ^_^
