 :'(good morning red, excuse me do you want do me a please? there is a user on feral heart, his name is "royce" this user  teases me. he say profanity and  blasphemy me! this user don't leave alone anyone and annoys us. all many we tired and  annoyed of his behavior, we don't support any more him. please from part of all we. you must ban him from feral heart, please! his name is "ROYCE" a thank you huge! goodbye! i know that this message i must it send to administrators, but the code not seen.

But sometimes the best way would to block that user

OR
you could simply block the person who is annoying you than go to all the PMing mods stuff.

You do this by clicking on the character/name who is annoying you, and then press "Block". They will be removed from your sight until you go to Unblock them.

but even if i block him, he continue to send me messages in the chat. then i know that this message i must send it to a administrator, but the code there isn't. please i want that this user come banned, he stay tormenting even my sister. she is small, and don't leave her in peace

If the user is harassing you and your sister you need to report them but remember the reason for the report needs to be a valid one... if the user is shouting profanities as you say you need to get screenshots of it and then send it to the mods or admin. Do you know how to block? If a user is blocked correctly they will not be able to send you messages anymore and you will not see them anymore. For this situation though since the user is breaking rules by shouting profanities you need to not just block them but first get evidence and report them... It will do the whole community a favor if you do so.

Mostly of what I'm thinking, the same is with the others.

1: Discuss this between a Staff member by PM'ing them a message.

2: If he keeps this up, just let the staff handle it. If he continue's, just block him for now, then he'll be taken care of. Hope this helps! c:
