Title: Cant log-in to the game?

Hiya, so I am having some problems in the game... The download went fine (well, not really but my dad fixed it) and I can get to the menu, but then when I go to log in it says 'Incorrect username or password. (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban)'

I made sure that it was the correct user/pass but it still wont work! help!

Your password needs to be 16 characters long. :3

You may want to double-check and see if you have caps lock on, and be very careful when putting in your account info.

Or, you may be having this issue (if it keeps persisting) if you have a considerably long password (16+ characters long, like Thrillex said c:). If so, you can change it in your profile, under 'Account Related Settings.' This should fix things.

And, if all else fails, PM a staffer here:

just clarifying: does my password HAVE to be 16 long? or can it be less?

and i would like to PM a staff, but my computer wont let me view the code you have to type in to send it :(

What code? The link WhiteLight gave you? All you have to do is click that link and it sends you to a page that lists all the mods, from that page is where there's an option under each of their names that allows you to private message them. If you mean the link is not working I'm not sure why... Just click where it says "Staff" at the top of the forum under the picture. It leads you to the same page.

ok, my password is only 7 long, but its not working... I heard somewhere that there was a bug in the system that wouldnt let people log in, is this true?

LordSuragaha: wait, I checked it out. I thought you had to type in one of those little confermation codes to send. but you dont! yay! :D
