Hello, my friend's account all of the sudden she cannot access her account on the web site or in game it keeps saying the account was never created. But when I go to the character reset her characters show up, can you help?

Hmm..I think your friend needs to make a new account.

 Has she ever been active or ever went to her forums page here? Cause once I had my very first account and it was deactivated cause I never went on it for a long period of time. I suggest talking to a staff member to see if they can retrieve it back, but it will be a long process.

If she has been unactive it's possible that the account has been deactivated - the best thing to do is to make a new account when the registration opens.

You can also contact one of the admins here (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_jfusion&Itemid=2&jfile=index.php&topic=12157.0) - and ask if they can help in someway.
Have patience when waiting for an answer since the staff get alot of mail every day.

1: Maybe she needs to create a new account-orrrrrrr-
2: Maybe she is inactive and her account got disabled since she was barely on.

Therein lies the problem most likely - if she never been to the forum the account can deactivate itself..

Ask her to make a new account if the admins can't re-activate it again~ ;3
