Title: Invalid User and Pass??

So I made an account for FH a while ago and I'm having the same exact problem! Every time I get the FH game up and log in it says "invalid username or password 5 more attempts cause 15 minute ban" but when I use the same user and password on the forum it logs me in but not on the game. I changed my password but that doesn't work either do I have to change my user also? I tried making another account to see if I could use that instead but I can't use the same e-mail. Is it something wrong with the game or my information because it works on the forums but not when I actually open up the game FH. Please help! :(

NEW EDIT: Also I'd like to know when they will have registering up or why it's down so I could make a new account :I

OLD EDIT: I'm going to try making another account, I don't think I messed up the download it hopefully might just be the user and pass and I just need a new account. Thank you for telling me this because it seems to be the problem and another person has the same problem, so I guess I'll wait until registration is up ; ^ ;. But if there are any more solutions I'd like to hear them so I can get this problem fixed.

You're password needs to be 16 characters. I think you need to get a account. In order to do that, make another email address.

Maybe make sure you only have letters and numbers in your password? And I have less then 16 characters in mine so you don't need to have 16.

 Before you try to wait for a new account, maybe you wanna just try a password reset and see where that takes you. If it does however continue, then I believe getting another account is your best option. Unless you wanna see if a staff member would want to help you out in finding whats wrong with your account.

I did reset the password and it didn't do anything so I guess my best option is to wait for registering to be open, but I have no idea how to do anything on the forum so I don't know how to contact staff or even have a picture for your profile when you post on chats... :I

I think its a computer error instead of a Feral Heart error if you cant see picutres on here, but ill send ya a link to the Staff so you can contact them

This is a glitch that has been happening to the new comers accounts. I have a friend who had this issue happen, and I have heard of many others, so I know you are not the only one. and this problem might be easy to fix.
And it was nothing with the "16 letters password" Mine is less than that, so no need to worry about passwords.

And to be honest, I don't think that messing up the download would be the issue for the wrong user/pass.

Well I guess the solution is just making a new account honestly, but I don't know why registration is down because I want to make a new account. :(
