can someone give me the EXACT download link for the gimp vers 2.8.4?

ca u also gimme instructions in how 2 download it?

Just scroll down a bit and then click where it says "Download Gimp 2.8.4" in orange and press run when the little pop up shows. Follow the instructions on the screen pop ups :3 It basically installs itself:
