Title: I know I am a total noob, but here I am again!

I wanted to know how to make .cfg files. Everything, mostly the coding, is hard. If you know a thread or anything please tell me. Thanks!

You can't really make .cfg files unless you know what you're doing, you can edit them though with a program called Notepad or what I prefer, Notepad++ (more advanced Notepad). Most of the coding in .cfg files are not that difficult to understand after a little bit of time.

If you want to make a blank .cfg file then just use Notepad and save a file as .cfg at the end ;)
