Post by: Kerriki on March 03, 2013, 02:48:02 am
Just what the title says (I can't seem to find this anywhere). Please help... how do you download texture mods?

Try out this link; Del has a great texture mod. c:

If not this one, keep searching around in the FH Addons and Mods section, since there's always interesting stuff. I also suggest looking at Tearless' textures, too, if you want to look into other styles. c:

Hope this helps!

Lol, but I was asking how to download textures, not where to find some x3 (though the one you gave me was the one I wanna download).

XD Woops! Well, in case there isn't a how-to in the download, really all you do is download the texture files and place them (they're all image files) in your Textures folder. When it asks to replace, click yes. That's all. ^^

Which texture mod did you download? An interface one or a character skin?

Um... I dunno. All I know is that it's Delay's texture mod =/

Different mods require different installation methods, it would make it easier if you knew the one you downloaded ;)

The mod I think you downloaded was the "Player reTexure Mod" or it could be on of the interface mods that change the buttons and stuff. Did you happen to download off this thread:

Yes I did.

You did download off that thread then? Can you check and find what you downloaded please? Or at least post the download link.

Hey there, floof. Try not to post on old threads. As you can see, this one stopped back on March 5th (looks at Ingredient's last post), and it's best to make your own new topic when you have a question in the Help boards.
It makes things much simpler for those who are trying to help you out. c:

As for the mods you're talking about, I think you mean Mass Markings, which is a big compilation of custom-made markings that a lot of FH users have (a lot, but not all xD).
You can find that here: www.tinyurl.com/MassMarks3 (http://www.tinyurl.com/MassMarks3)

To install them (in case the ReadMe isn't in the file), you need to--
1.) Place the Markings.cfg file in your FeralHeart folder.
2.) When it asks to replace the old file, click "Yes"
3.) Put all other files (images, etc.) in FeralHeart >> Media >> Textures
4.) When it asks to replace the old files, click "Yes"

This should do it for you. Have fun!
