I am now offically able to log into my ZombieKitteh account now. Raz seems to have fixed the problem and added a neat account reset option on the userpanel page. If anyone is still having problems like I was please try it out. It worked for me. :3

This has been bothering me for quite some time and I have had it literally up to here with this game. :I I have too many people on my friend list and I have no way of removing them. Why? Because every time I try to delete someone, I crash. Is there any way possible to open up a file and delete them manually? Can a staff member help me with this and like delete my entire friend list for me? Because I'm at a loss of what to do and half of the people on there no longer get on or I don't even know them anymore.
I try to delete someone,crash and have to wait ten minutes before it officially logs me off of the server and lets me log back on. It's freaking ridiculous. I'm begging someone on staff if possible to delete my friend list for me. ;^; For both of my accounts (ZombieKitteh and Zombeh) It'd be really, really appreciated.
EDIT: I can no longer access my main account ZombieKitteh. I crash upon choosing a character to play on and loading. I have tried everything I can possibly think of. My other account works fine, it's just ZOmbieKitteh that wont load properly.
What I've tried:
-Attempting it on FH+
-Installing a clean FH
-Tried to log on a completely different computer/internet connection
-Had Raz clear my glitchy as butt friend list
So in a nutshell. It is NOT client based. It's account based and for someone who's been playing since 2011 I want help getting my account back. Please?

Hm, I've never actually heard of this problem, specifically.
You could try uninstalling/reinstalling FH, to make sure it's not some corrupt file that's causing the game to kick you out when you do that, but I'm not sure.
You may want to give that a try, but if all else fails, then PM a mod/admin about the issue. Either give them a link to this thread or just explain your issue.

A handful of my other friends have this problem too though. And uninstalling and re-installing is not an option for me. Even if I backup my media folder I just- don't want to risk completely ruining my maps and such.

Ahh, I see. Especially if there are others having this problem, it's likely a glitch somewhere in the server.
Definitely PM a staffer, then. Hopefully they can get this sorted out.

I tested it for both of my accounts using FH+. It crashes there too. So I highly doubt it's a corrupted file withing my FH game. x:

I should/could probably edit my previous post, but I'd love a fast response to this and want to inform people of said update. I don't know what to do and I not have the urge to completely loose access to my main account. Sorry if this comes off as attention grabbing, but I want help. I'm on the verge of panicking by this point; exhausting all of my options.
After attempting once more to delete someone off of my friend list that was offline my game crashed. However now I am unable to get back online. Any character I try results in crashing. I can log in fine but as soon as I click that "start" button it just all goes down hill and crashes. FeralHeart+ also is experiencing this problem and to be sure I attempted to backup my FeralHeart and re install a fresh, new game client. It also resulted in the same outcome; crashing.
It appears to only be my account ZombieKitteh though My less active side Zombeh works and lets me on fine. I do not want to loose my main account. What. Do. I. Do?
Still awaiting a reply from staff.

Yes, although that did nothing. Rendering distance wouldn't effect one account and not the other on the same system.

Well, I understand, Zombie. c:> If it makes you feel better, though, it's not really spam unless you're clogging their inbox with tons of repeated messages. So long as you're a few days to a week after you sent your first message, you'll probably be alright.

Maybe your account got deleted by the BIG bug, that happened to me. :/ I waited 3 months to registration be opened for me.

Big bug? What's that? And.. it deletes accounts? It lets me log into it fine though, it's loading a character that crashes. x)

The Character Reset isn't working, right?...
The big bug, I mean, when several people get their accounts lost... because the server deletes them by mistake. :C I tried to reset the password, but it didn't work..

Nope, character reset loads and shows up fine. Like I said I can log into my account and all of my characters are they. They just crash upon loading.
And woah that's a major glitch.. hopefully they can fix it. x:

Maybe your "Go Home" became crazy and glitched your account? o_o
I will try to be in "deep search mode" to find the solution.. If there's nothing, the only thing is: create a new account. Not the best, ham?

I don't think so? I've tried characters who were logged in various maps, Lonely Cave, Fluorite, Bonfire, custom maps. :c
Hrmm I suppose so, but I wish staff would help me properly it's been a week now and I've pm'ed them a few times now. I more then likely wont stop bumping until I do get help from them. x)

Im having this very same problem. I'm Merida758, and I can log in fine but then when I select a character and click "Start" Feral Heart just crashes. If you can get on without this problem happening anymore PLEASE let me know. :) Thanks. - Merida758

Did you try to reset your character?
Or maybe remove FeralHeart then downlaod it again?

The character reset doesn't work for this problem. So, my friend and I will re-download the game to see if it helps. If it does I will let you know ZombieKitteh. - Merida758 ( Kyla)

Character reset doesn't work. I'll see if re-downloading the page works with my friend. Hopefully it will work. It sucks not being able to get on my favorite characters, not being able to join RPs, or join my friend. :(.

Oh- others seem to of had this issue. I'd like to post a small update as to where my situation stands and bump/necro my thread seeing as my problem /has NOT/ been solved yet. I will also pm'ing staff.. again to try and gather more assistance since nothing was done the first time.
I can still not log into a character on my ZombieKitteh account without crashing. I still have the same problems and I have tried absolutely everything in the book. It is not client side Red himself said it was something server side via a pm. And now I have proof.
That glitch the other day with the server was messed up. Every one's usernames were acting up and I decided "Hey maybe if usernames are gone I can log into my main..." And guess what? It worked. Alas now that the server is fixed I am back to crashing once more, but possibly this bit of information will help staff to fix this issue further.
It either
-has something to do with friend lists
-Usernames
-or both combined
I Just.... want my accounts name back. :c

Maybe when registration is open, you can use the link in your email when you went activate your account?... It may be silly but it may work ;o
Or maybe the server is derping up your account. >.<

I have no trouble logging into the account on the forums or ingame. It's starting up a character that crashes me so it is the server derping up something.
Not that I'd still have my activation account email.

I'm experiencing the same problems as you, Kitteh. I believe it had something to do with the friends list because I was clearing it out one time and then I crashed. Like you, I can log in and see my characters, but as soon as I click "Start", the game bugs out on me. Hopefully the staff can help out with this, I'll check back later if there might be a solution.

That makes you the 5th case of this happening that I've heard about including myself. I hope it gets fixed eventually. It's not much my characters I want back- but my name itself. x-x If they somehow fix mine I'll let you know.

Bumping for a update and to alert those that also had the problem. I am now able to access my account and all is fixed. Feel free to share this information with others c: Raz added a account reset option and it fixed up my problem~
