Primitive Call
Primitive Call is a game with a realistic Northern nature setting where you create and play as a wolf character. The game will have various habitats of wolves, from deciduous forests to icy tundra. Wolves will also be able to hunt, and we know just how much you guys like the idea of hunting ;). There will a range of prey animals from small rabbits to larger mammals such as moose. Some animals will be harder to kill than others, so much so that you may need the help of other wolves, just like in real life. But running around the wilderness and killing prey isn't all the fun; you can roleplay too.
The game is still in development, so all we currently have to look at are screenshots and pictures of the PMC's team's progress. They are also open to suggestions on meshes, markings and forests.

Oh yeah I've been seeing the clips on YouTube for this game for a while now ^_^ It looks amazing. It's like a Feral Heart x WolfQuest hybrid ^_^. It's very cool and I definitely look forward to it :3 I'm surprised that a lot of people don't know about it yet.

That's sounds like a good idea. The thing I like about the team is that they value what their members think and openly take suggestions and ideas from them. That's proper team spirit that is ^^

I'm not a very big wolf fan, but I do look foward to this. The character models and terrain look nice and there is proof of progression unlike many "work in progress" wolf games.

I wish we could just put a portal that links all the games into one game x3

To answer, there will not be presets as answered above, but we will have hundreds of markings so there will be no need for presets in the first place. We have a census of player character's that we pull markings right from so players will have options for customization that we know they will like and use. At the current time we will no longer be accepting marking suggestions due to the fact that we are currently sifting though all the markings that have been suggested and selecting what will be in-game.
Also, we will have fur tufts and such, they are being meshed by me currently.
Everything will be kept extremely realistic. As for the age question, we would prefer if players where 13 or older, we want at least a little maturity, but we won't be blocking younger members from playing.

1) No sorry. There will not be a single player, the entire game depends on the multi-player set up, It would be no fun on single player anyway X3.
2)There are 3 main age settings, puppy, adolescent, adult. You can have your character's age any of those 3 and whatever is in between, the actually shape and design of the wolf model will be effected by the age as well. So there is a visible difference between the 3 age groups other than the size of the char. Each age setting provides you with different options, example; A puppy can hunt tiny pray such as mice, the adults however cannot. Another example; only adult's can scare off a large bird of prey.

If someone has already announced this, then I didn't see it. :c But I can't find the download button, so I'm not sure. I would like to join it, but I need to ask for permission first of all. But I don't think my mom would let me; she would say I am already playing Feral Heart :<

You're right, no fun on single player, it was like that with WQ. By the way, will the adult wolves be big enough so pups wouldn't look like they're too big? And will you add any other pup group (newborns maybe)?

Ah, I'm glad I found a wolf game that is realistic, multiplayer, not entirely on a forum(Ex:raising dogs on a forum,etc.((Like Howrse))) and has good graphics! I will wait eagerly for this game! It seems almost too good to be true after all the disappointing games I've been through :)

Anyway, the puppy and adult are nicely proportioned, and you can be any size/age between the main ones of puppy(which is rather small at its youngest), teen and adult. We can't have newborns or anything though, remember that people will be playing as these characters, and it would suck to play as something that couldn't move on its own much and was killed by anything and everything if left alone. The youngest version of the puppy is base on when they first gain mobility, so its pretty young.

Registration for the site is open, but the game is still under production. Because not even staff can predict the time when video games like this will be completed we do not have any set dates of release or progress bars or anything. There is a lot to work on and it takes a maddeningly long time, trust me even us staff members can't stand waiting thus we work faster XD We know whats done and what need to be done, but we don't like telling exactly what we are working on because people might get the wrong idea, jump to conclusions, or get their hopes up. Just be patient is all :3

Lifeon thanks for your late response, I saw it late. X3 I was around at Primitive Call forums, I'll probably register when game comes out. Also I'm always like Y U NO UPDATE MORE SCREENSHOTS?! Lol, anyways I have another kinda silly question to ask: will we be allowed to register after game comes out (told you it's kinda silly)? And I guess your favorite color is purple, like mine (just guessing).

You get more updates if your registered, you can also view more of the site :3 We prefer if people join the site before because when it comes time for purchasing servers we are going to accommodate the number of members on the forum, if we have 1000 forum members buying enough space for 10000 people is a waste. So by joining before your helping us get an idea of the fan base size :3 You will also receive the notices when the game is released sooner, site members will be told first via a mass email to all members as well as a PM.
As for updates we put up as much as we can, but somethings don't make very interesting screenshots, like walls of code or messes of marking masks. There is also the factor that some parts of the game will be secret so it's a surprise when you play, when we work on those we can't exactly post progress pictures.
I'm not sure what will happen with registration, I mean in future if we encounter space issues we may close it for a time, or something like that. I can assure you though that we won't close it so only site members before hand are allowed in, that would be mean.
Also, I actually like blue the most, but I wanted to be different so all my PmC related stuff has a purple(indigo more like) theme ^^

This game reminds me a lot of what WolfQuest tried to be. I loved that game, and was heartbroken to hear that they ran out of funding this year and could not support creating a third game. Maybe this will make me fall in love with online multiplayer wolf games again :D

I'm so excited with this game. However, they said that there will be differences compared to wolfquest, so it's not just another wolfquest in different models, ect. Yeah, I was also upset about wq ending as well, I learned rpin' there XP

yeah, even tho the game isnt out yet, it has a chatbox, and you can play and make fourm games and ropleplays and all that epic fun stuff, and ideas and hey, me and other ppl on there have suggested versions on there so if updates to the game are needed, they can add it easily. and guess wut? the latest its gonna be done is next year, and i said LATEST! so the wait is almost over i guess, ppl make meshes on there to help out and all that too to speed along the process.
lol im gettin carried away now, so cya in tha fourms FH, and one day in game, only because im not allowed to have it yet :(

So it's safe to assume they want to polish it through and through before releasing.

Oh.... sorry. :( But I haven't seen any activity in the forums, in fact never did since I believe these indie animal MMO's tend to fail and/or get abandoned, well excluding IT servers.

I know this thread was posted on a while ago, but our forums continue to be active with over 3000+ members, however, the game is not released as of yet and we will not give anyone a release date, or estimate, but I assure you and everyone else that we are making further progress, and are not one of those WIP games that simply gives up.

If there was, I think there would be updates to this thread. It was last posted in 2015, so I don't really know if there was updates or not. I'd reccommend asking the players of the game for more info. I am not trying to offend anyone.

To my knowledge there has not been any updates made to this game, neither has any of the social media sites connected to it has had little to no interaction. The staff might currently be on break and be back in Summer. That's what I've heard from some people.

it is luckily still in development. The forum remains active, which is pretty great. I am still truly excited
for this game, they have put a lot of amazing work into it so far and it is definitely worth the wait.
