I want to get my friends to register,but registration is closed right now. Thanks.

Registration is open at unexpected times since it is no longer open everyday. You'll just have to keep an eye out and keep visiting the forums every now and again to see when it opens.

Adding on to what BigBang wrote, registration opens up randomly so no one can predict when exactly it will be open.
