Title: Registration Closed?

Every time I look at the website, It says "Registration Closed, Try Later" and I
share an account with my brother and we want different accounts! Please help?

Please do not post about his subject as many many people have before.
It opens at random times because we get large amounts of members which messes up the Server.
You'll have to wait until next time it opens.
