Title: Connection failed I need your help please

Hello, since yesterday I can't connect in the game.
A message appear : Incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts causes 15min ban).
I don't undestand beacause I didn't try 5 times... And I'm sure, I didn't write an incorrect password !
Somebody can help me please.

Sorry if my sentences are false, I'm french.

After trying many times I can connect now but I did not understand what happened.

I think it's a waning like if you enter it 5 times wrong then you will be banned for 15 minutes it's the only thing I can think off at the second.

Maybe you type wrong the password, but, say thanks to Gid (lol typo) for you be patient to enter in the game. :)

I have found my problem : On my keyboard I can write with 2 different numbers and apparently only 1 work on the game.

Arr - some keys on the keyboard can cause some issues with the game and log in if you have a non-english keyboard.

Be extra careful which keys you press when log in and when chatting in game - some signs and letters can make the game crash - but it's nothing worse then that you have to re-log to the game.

The (5 times 15 min ban) only is a warning.
