My friend, Orbit F Pup, can't get the Mass Markings 3 pack, and she needs it urgently. Please help?

Your friend can't get the markings download or can't get it to work because the title says "Frickin' markings won't work for my pack member"?
If its that she's having trouble getting them to work tell her to refer to this tutorial:
