Feral Heart

Title: Feral Heart Crashing! PLZ HELP

I went on my boa constrictor on FH and it said "FeralHeart.exe is not responding" and I don't know what to do.  Is it something with Bonfire?  Cuz I tried two different chars (both in Bonfire) and it said the exact same thing.  Could someone give me something to do to it? (WITHOUT RE-INSTALLING PLEASE)

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

Foalan, open your FH folders and click media>particles. Anything ending with _0 or _1 NEEDS to be deleted.
