Title: Can't log in to the main site

I can't log in to the main site. I've been trying to free my characters that are stuck in Fluorite, but when I try to log in to the site to do so, it says I am not a part of the membergroup "Users".

Strange! I don't know exactly the solution

Hm..Strange indeed. Hmm try PMing the staffs, maybe they can help.

Wow thats the first I have ever seen something like that.
I would ask the staff on this one (As Thrillex said)
