This has happened to me when I made my account.
What I did was make a new account and thats how I got Tokoa.
I would do it now before it closes
If that does not work or you still cant get it right I would ask one of the mods.

Hello, last night I registered , but PROBLEM ! so he came to me an email and if I wanted to , I clicked activate and error .. please help ..

I suggest making your own help thread on your issue my dear. Also please do not necro old threads love.  Also I suggest going to the Staff about your issue, and if you make a Help Thread of your own on it I suggest you explain a little more on your issue so that way you can get the proper help you need. <3
