I would suggest redownloading. Something may not have been placed right when doing so, or the version of her computer is not compatible with feralheart, make sure you check that! She needs to remember her username though, that is, if she ever wants to use that account again. I hope this helps, and if it doesn't, let me know and I'll go further into depth with you to make sure your friend can get it working!

 Yes that's what I was telling her b/c I looked, her comps is like a 2003 modle I think, and I think she  already tried to redownload it.
Im thinking if she would get her lazy bum onto her email its proble there
