Title: I made a map, but i cant get into it. Please help.

I made amap for myself but i cant get in. What do i do?

Follow a tutorial again, and see if there's no Alpha channel or any messy stuff. Then find the portal in Cape of Distant Worlds. Please explain more details though, so I know what to say and tell you to do, like everyone else, of course.

Did you add a portal to your map? Maps can only be accessed from Cape if you have a portal put in. Try looking here

To be honest, All I did was make a map and put a portal in it, then save and export it. I don't know what to do from there.

Go in Cape of Distant Worlds, look for the portal ahead of ya. You should see a little portal over there, and look at the top of the screen near all portals..
"I know how to check portals.."

Yea make sure you did in fact export it and go look around in Cape. xD

Well go to cape if you don't know how to get there there is a turtorial i made of how to get there

So when you get into cape find a portal that will be your map but if you have multiple portals look for the one with the name

For example. If i created a map called "Epic RP Map" Then when you go near the portal and it says "Epic RP Map" Then that would be the map i would be looking for. But if you have made multiple maps and there is a clone of one of your maps and you cannot find the one you are looking for, Try putting the portal to that map into the cloned map.

Okay....... New problem. Now it wont let me export the updated version of my map. And i don't know how to create a portal out of the map. And for the last problem, I don't know any music files. So... yeah... i'm screwed. :-[

Okay, I don't export my maps all the time. I save them, go to Cape. But first, I see if there is a portal. On the first page of map making, check to see if there is a portal. If there's a whole bunch - Okay, I'll explain in screenshots.
This is what its suppose to look like:

Under music, put in any MP3 in your Feralheart folder at media>sounds OR music then save, as a note.
Anyway, if your map doesn't look like this in the front page of map making, click the little box next to Has Portal and save.

I meant a portal out of the map. But thanks for the help.
