{My applicaction is a work-in-progress, JD. I'll try to finish it by tonight though.)
Full Name: Leonardo
Preferred Name: Just 'Leonardo', please!
Gender: Male
Age: Nineteen
Breed: Mackerel Tabby
Sub-Breed(s): There seems to be a bit of Persian Cat mixed in there.
Height & Weight: I'd perfer not to get the measurement wrong or whatever- however, for a cat he's somewhat under-average in size, and weighs what an average, slightly under-fed house cat would weigh.
House Address & Number: I suppose that's to-be-decided!
Owner: Jeanette Lien Chomsky (As played by SoaringAway)
Social Status: Adoring Companion
Appearance: A mainly brown-coloured feline with bright eyes. Leonardo appears to be your typical cat, not much could really seperate him from any others. Of course, he does tend to get a bit more dusty than others, since he has a rather adventerous personality trait; but otherwise, your typical tabby-cat. One wouldn't find him to be too suspicious- well, at least the humans wouldn't.
Personality and/or Traits: As all cats are- Leonardo is rather curious, however he seems to have recieved a double-dose of this, thus the feline wants to know just about everything that is going on and has gone on- and, despite the fact that such a trait could likely lead up to problems in the future; well, it has made Leonardo an over-all very intelligient feline, with a rather odd way of speaking to everyone else around the neighborhood. Just adding onto the 'curiousity' problem, Leonardo is also adventerous, and rather daring. Just another thing to get the feline into trouble, really. But onto his actual behaviour; Leonardo is a rather polite-mannered cat who will still look down on those. Thus, it is best to get on his good-side; else you'll have to sit there and listen to this cat mew away about how your this and that and what-not.
Strengths: The most obvious strength of Leonardo's would probably be his mind- the feline is obviously 'smarter than the average cat', which makes him a lot more cunning than the typical feline. In such cases, his intelligience often times gets him out of rough situations he managed to wriggle his way into- surely a thing that any adventerous fellow would need if he were to escape a certain situation!
Weaknesses: His curiousity and adventerous personality would cause problems. Oh, sure; sometimes he can get his way out of things, but when he didn't recieve lunch or managed to get into a quick fight (With him doing all the running, of course)- well, you can blame his personality for that. Other than that- if your looking for physical disavantanges, well; you might want to remember that although Leonard is active, he does not run to the places he wants to get; he walks or climbs, as slowly as he pleases. Because of this, the feline isn't exactly an olympic runner- oh sure, he can run quickly, but only for a rather short ammount of time.
Hobbies: Leonardo is, as stated in the personality traits- rather curious, an not afraid to run around in the world. Because of this, he'll often times wonder around Somerville in a somewhat aimless manner, doing as he pleases and digging his nose into just about anything he wants to. He often times enjoys teasing the dogs- that is, the dogs that can't hurt him- by calling them "the inferior species of the felidae and canidae; their minds hold the core of idiocity which sometimes infects us" (Sometimes he wonders if the dogs even understand his way of wording things, though.) Sometimes he even enjoys messing with the other cats, too. He also seems to enjoy looking for certain origami fish that Jean hides around- despite the fact that he hates not knowing exactly where his owner had hid him.
Background/History: Quite honestly, Leonardo's history is not all that interesting. You could say that he was 'destined to either be a pet or a stray'. But, if you simply must know this average-joe's history, well; he grew up a bit with his family, and, between him and Raskolnikov (his brother), he was the one of the two in the litter that had actually been given a name (by humans, of course; cats do not quite know who Rodion Raskolnikov or Leonardo da Vinci is). Oh, they grew up and all; played together, and well, eventually they departed from their little shelter- you know, either adopted or escaped. Typical if anything at all- and well, in Leonardo's case; he was adopted.
Family: Leonardo's father was a cat named Cheshire; his mother was a cat named Felicity. His brother's and sister's names are, however- unknown. Other than one, anyway. That was Raskolnikov- a cat that looked very similiar to him, he was named after Rodion (Usually called by his last name, 'Raskolnikov') from the novel Crime and Punishment.
Relationship Status: Not exactly quite interested.
Crush: Oh, no-one at the moment.
Extra: The feline was named after the famous Leonardo da Vinci.

Full Name: Gabrielle Jennifer Adams
Preferred Name: She prefers 'Elle' or 'Ellie' rather than her full first name. (Both are pronounced the same, just spelled differently.)
Gender: Female
Age: 19 Years
Height & Weight: Ellie sizes up to about 5'8 and around 135 lbs.
House Address & Number: 98 North Highland Drive, Town of Somerville
Pet: The Amazing Kili
Social Status: Aspiring Settlers
Occupation: Ellie has a job, currently, as a waitress at a downtown restaurant. Of course lucky for her, she is allowed to bring her lovely companion to work as long as he doesn't create any hazards or problems involving or concerning the restaurant. Though Ellie does hate her job, she doesn't have enough money without it, and has yet to find a better job opening for her.
Appearance:
Ellie is a skinny girl with fairly pale skin. There isn't much muscle to her arms, though she's stronger than she seems. Her hair is long and a light brown color, usually wavy but sometimes straightened. Her eyes are a light blue-gray, though might seem a pale green in certain lighting. On her ear, Ellie has two piercings: one in the usual place and another halfway up the side.
Personality and/or Traits:
Ellie is a somewhat computer geek, on her laptop a lot designing new programs, new graphics, etc., but once you know her more, she's almost hard to deal with sometimes. Ellie is fun-loving and on occasions, very childish. She doesn't mind getting rough or dirty and can usually get along well with people unless they're just too snotty. If that happens, she'll usually never have a second thought about telling them off, though she does at least try to control her anger. But besides that, she's mostly insensitive to insults to herself, though quick to snap back if someone is insulting another of her friends. Coming from a big family, she learned to not care about what others thought of her as long as it wasn't if she was bratty, snotty or anything like that.
Strengths: Ellie is incredibly smart; not top-notch, but pretty good. And not just in tech stuff, but mathematics as well, especially. Athletically, she can run pretty fast and keep it up awhile because her sister pressured her into doing Cross Country during Middle School. Ellie is also good at constructing things, mostly coming from her dream of becoming an architect.
Weaknesses: Ellie has this habit of speaking her mind to whoever or whatever is agitating her, no matter what it may be. She pays the price for speaking without her brain a lot, and afterwards feels horrible about it unless the certain thing was having her be on the brink of pulling her hair out. She also isn't that strong, even if she does enjoy wrestling. Ellie also has a bad knee that likes to give out sometimes while she running, though it usually doesn't both her much anymore.
Hobbies: Ellie enjoys going to the park with her lovely companion and taking runs or just relaxing next to a tree and reading or listening to music. And of course play fetch with him. When upset, Ellie usually also finds herself at the lake at the park sitting down at the water's edge and skipping rocks. Or on her laptop emailing her sister, Penny again and again without even waiting for a reply.
Background/History:
Ellie was born in Somerville with five other siblings and a step-father she never came to really like or get along with. She was one of the middle children. Her real father died in a car crash two years after the second to youngest child was born. Her mother remarried, pressed for money with all the children, and ended up having another one. Ellie got a fairly good education, though she only went to college for two years before dropping out. From a young age, she was always in to geeky computer tech stuff and was always the person her family called when they "broke" the television. She and her family also once had a dog, but the dog was gone by the time she was eleven. After high-school and her two years of high-school, she was practically kicked out of the house, like the rest of her older siblings by then. Her two brothers, Cody and Bradley moved away from Somerville, but her older sister Penny had gotten a house that Ellie moved into. They both split the bills, but Penny went overseas after joining the navy, though she still helped with the bills and transferred the house to Ellie's name.
Family: Father - Franklin G. Adams (59) ; Step-father - Earl B. Elkins (61) ; Mother - Jane J. Elkins (59) ; Brothers - Cody A. Adams (27), Bradley T. Adams (24), Christopher M. Adams (17) ; Sisters - Penny F. Adams (24), Abby E. Elkins (15)
Relationship Status: Single and not very interested currently.
Crush: None.
Extra: Ellie's dream job is as an architect or a computer hardware designer.

Full Name: Chester/Chestnut.
Preferred Name: Chest, Chessy.
Gender:Male
Age: Three months old.
Breed: Pure bred Irish Setter.
Sub-Breed(s): N/A
Height & Weight: 13 Inches high. 7 pounds in weight.
House Address & Number: Flat on first floor (Not ground floor), 4 Southflake boulevard. This is a three bedroom flat, very spacious and modern.
Owner: Chloe Genna Houten (Clow-ee, Jen-a, How-Tn. (Silent 'E')), 14 years old. Chester is currently being hidden from her by the girls parents. It is a surprise for her 15th birthday which is tomorrow. (In the role play). Chloe is a very out-going young teenager. She has plenty of friends and adores makeup. She has been begging for a pet for a long while. Although she sounds quite a diva, she is very responsible with everything.
Social Status: Cosy Creatures.
Appearance: He has deep hazel eyes that are as round as a teddy bear's. His fur is a Light Chestnut and he has very adorable floppy ears that fly behind him when he runs. He has pearly white teeth and blunt, cute claws. He wears a classy black leather collar with fancy, silver embroidery. It is studded with tiny pearls.
Personality and/or Traits: Chester is a very playful young pup that loves to play with cats and dogs alike, not matter what breed or what size. Although he is kind of scared around aggressive dogs if they growl at him when he was attempting to play. He looks very adorable with his lush, velvety chestnut pelt, his soft, wavy, floppy ears and his long tail that seems as if it is wagging non-stop. He is basically one puppy that you cannot refuse to grin at.
Strengths: He is very playful and adores to play fight with people and dogs alike. Although he does like cats, he tends to shy away with them, since had got scratched on the nose by one. He is also great around young children.
Weaknesses: He is very weak, for he is not fully grown. He would not stand a chance around a aggressive dog. He is very shy when it comes to talking around other dogs. He prefers to keep quiet and express his emotions through his body language.
Hobbies: Whether it’s Frisbee in the park, Find the Toy or Fetch, Chester adores this form of play. He also loves to chase things. Cars, cats, rabbits, mailmen, their tails, shadows, chasing is an important part in this young setters day. He also loves walking, but not to far. There is only a certain distance he can carry himself. There are plenty of other hobbies he loves: Bounding, weaving around trees, eating. You name it, he loves it.
Background/History: Chester was born in the Autumn season in England, both his mother and father purebred Irish Setter's. He had two older siblings, one boy and one girl. But soon after they were weened , then man that lived alone died from a heart attack. Nobody in the neighbor hood realized this for a whole month. Chester's mother and father, brother and sister where so very hungry, but Chester was still able to drink off his mothers milk, even though he was weened. The milk soon dried up and all where on the verge of dying untill somebody broke into the house at night. The burglar saw the dead man and ran a mile, leaving the front door open for the dogs to run free. They got separated from each other, his mother and father going their own way, and his brother and sister running of before he got to say goodby. But just as they ran off, a man in a big white van saw him. He was from the pound and he collected dogs from the street. He was ever so kind and phoned the police and body ambulance for Chester's old master. The young Irish Setter was fed and watered back to full health and decided not to put him down, like the rules, but decided to put him up for adoption. It was not long before a couple saw him and decided to take him back home for their daughters birthday. When she is at school, he is allowed to run about the house with the parents supervision, so he could get used to the new surroundings. When they're daughter is home, they hide the young pup in a warm airing cupboard with plenty of water and small, regular meals.
Family: He had a mother called Penn, and a Father called Champion. He believes they are all still strays. His Older brother is called Sebastian and His older sister is called Carla. He is not sure if they are still strays.
Relationship Status: In Chester's own words: "Eww, single forever!"
Crush: He has none, for he is not interested. What puppy is? x3
Extra: Credits to the owner of the photo. I got it from dA. Also, The young pup has seen plenty of dogs on the television doing lots of tricks. He wishes to learn them.

Holly always loved to watch him run, and made his life the best life she could.
At the age of 10, Google stopped winning the races, and was retired from the racing life. He was 9 then, and still eager to run. Holly always took him on lots of walks, as he loved to.
When she was 11 Google passed away, and Holly became very depressed. She kept on failing her tests, and not doing as well in all her subjects, that's when she realized she should help a charity for the retired race dogs. She raised a lot of money for them, and even adopted a retired race dog called 'Box Henry.'
At the age of 16 she moved away to Somerville, and was already poor at the time she moved in! She got a job as a Mail Girl, but she hated it. That's it really.

Gender:
Female
Age:
28 years old
Height & Weight:
5 ft 5 in ; 134 lb
House Address & Number:

Social Status:
Aspiring Settler (Making her way up to Famous Celebrities though!)
Occupation:
Composer that recently has been hired for a brand new TV Show. The problem is, the company is trying to pull her onto +4 spots for composing for other task such as an animated short.
Appearance:
Seen sporting what many can consider "hobo attire," she can be sporting outfits that can similar to that shown in the second picture but usually right colors (her favorite being a red turtleneck.) She has scarred hands from childhood trauma and a burnt mark running across her right shoulder blade. Due to this, she'll wear fingerless gloves in the studio and stick to nothing with straps (unless she can wear a sweater cover her shoulders.)
Personality and/or Traits: ( Here's just the basics in the | |s & the information below goes into more details.)
| Curious | Balanced | Honest | Self-Conscious | Introverted | Patient | Humble | Morning Person |
Highly curious in the world around her, Jeanette has taken the path less taken with finding new activities and pass times to indulge herself in with herself or others (usually her niece or Leo) and can be seen usually sitting in the studio with instruments and organized sheet paper on one side and perhaps a jigsaw puzzle on the floor or possibly a cat toy. She enjoys keeping herself engaged and not wanting to waste any precious time or energy when she has free time but she understands the need of balancing work and play but happens to multitask with both.
Strengths:
Weaknesses:
* Not considered the strongest of her peers and not being very "fit" in gym standards (but if rolling, then she'll win the gold medal.)
* She has times where she flinches when she sees a flame up close.
* Jean feels "paranoid" to see something she hasn't that relates with a knife (talking to a chef and then she notices there is a knife at hand.)
* It takes her longer than most to form bonds with other people of her species but she can become easily attached to animals.
* Sometimes, she'll go into a short time of despair, wanting to be alone in the house with her feline friend due to over thinking certain situations.
* She is easily scared by horror films (but not stories) and will occasionally leave the lights on like a child as she might think something is in the dark.
Hobbies:
*Feeding the outsider "cats" at the park with left over tuna or pieces of bread with nutella. Seriously! Some of the cats in the park like that! Or just feeding the ducks. Jean feels accomplished to helping out to feed hungry mouths, human or not.
*Playing the ukelele, clarinet, and piano. (These are the core three instruments that she is most familiar with)
*Playing with her companion on the floor and whatnot. (She does do this to canines and other felines she knows.)
*Making origami shaped fish (and hiding them) to bother Leonardo.
*Knitting (secret hobby.) This is why you might see of of those fashionable Christmas-themed sweaters in your mailbox. She gives them out willingly without anyone knowing. However, you might recognize one common thing: a signature.
*Creative writing and reading fictional books (as nonfiction bores her sometimes unless it has to do with war.)
Background/History: (What has happened to your character previously?)
Family:
* Lucas Chomsky (Father)
* Louis Chomsky (Mother)
* Henry Chomsky (Older brother; 32 years of age)
* Paige Chomsky (Niece; 8 years of age)
Relationship Status:
Single but the constant thought of being single doesn't trifle her much. However, she is opened for relationships that slowly bloom. She hates going too fast.
Crush:
"A secret admirer? Me? R-Really?" She emitted a laugh of jubilant surprise at such a question being asked. She wiped the corner of her eye due to a tear forming up from the humorous situation. "I haven't met one that has...honestly. It's just...how can you have crushes when not most have ever been fully engaged with their hearts?" The composer felt dumb stricken when it came to the concept; the piece didn't settle right into her logical puzzle.
Extra:
*She has a minor is Culinary and Business so she can possibly open a bakery or help someone financially with a business if there are no job opportunities opened for her.
* She is willingly to foster an animal into her home!
RP Password: Who let the dogs out? -_-

(Yay! I am so excited.)
Chester
The young Irish Setter stretched in his sleep as the early morning rays shone through a small window panel to beam on him. The day was looking to be quite good, and the great thing about mornings for young Chester was that there was always something tasty left in his feeding bowl from the night before.
Peeling open a sleep crusted eye, Chester's tongue stretched as he yawned, ending in a small squeak and he bit down accidenetly on his tongue. He rolled off his side from which he had slept on all night, and getting up was very painful because lots off pressure had been put onto one place, and the dinky little dog bed he had in the cupboard did not help with the soothing at all.
Shaking his thick coat of Chestnut fur, Chester rose to all his paws and stood still for a while, his adorable floppy ears hanging limply and his eye lids attempted to open fully. His feeding bowl was about a meter away, but the walk seemed like a mile, for his body was too tired to move. Reaching out his front paws in a large stretched, he wiggled and crawled towards his feeding bowl, the sun filled room messing with his tired eyes. It took him a while to actually reach it, but it felt much nicer to crawl than make his legs work. He gained to his paws and stepped forwards, bending his head down over the bowl to eat, but there were only a few scraps of raw meat left here and there, but all the same, he devoured them. Looking up, he licked his maw happily whilst looking around at the cupboards, cupboards most likely filled with his food, hidden from the unsuspecting owner. He bounced towards them, looking up at how high they were, and no normal dog would have attempted this, but Chester was not normal, in the head. He raised his front paws and placed them on the edge of a washing basket, full of clean clothes. He raised his hind leg and caught it on one of the mans socks, that fell from the basket as he stood on the soft carpet of clothes. Surrounding him was a chair, a pile of shoes and the washing machine, laying dormant and awaiting for someone to push its buttons. Shuffling to the very tip of the basket, his front paws caught hold of the dip in the washing machine, its smooth surface making the Chestnut pelted dog slip around. Digging his nails into it did not work so he decided to do this quickly. He pounced his hind legs onto it and turned around, barley managing to stay put. He then bounded upwards with a large leap. He reached out and grabbed hold of the chair and wriggled for a few moments, his hind legs struggling in mid air to grab something, but finally with a bit of effort and gas release he managed to pull himself up.
Panting from his hard work, he stared up at the cupboards. They were so close and a juicy smell was emitting from them. He whined and yipped as he though how he would accomplish this but he paused as a door banged and a toilet flushed. His owners where finally awake. He heard muffled talking and then it got louder as a door opened. It was a young voice and she seemed to be talking to herself, but a very faint voice was talking back to her. She was on the phone. Chester was silent as he listened. "Oh my god she had puppies? How many? That is adorable! I wish i could have one, pugs are the best. What colors? Aww. I am going to beg for my parents to get me one. Although, that never worked my whole life. But you never know. They may be getting one for my birthday tomorrow since it is the only thing i asked for...that and some new eye liner. When will they be- Hold on, my dad wants to talk to me." The young voice said and then a deeper, male voice spoke, the same voice he heard everyday from when he was allowed to run around the house. "Can you stop talking about puppies? You are not having a pug and that is final. I told you, they scare your mother." He said and the female voice replied with a giggle. "Now you are going to be late for school, talking to your friends. I told you less of the phone use, it is going to make our bill go shooting up. Now, go get your shoes. WAIT! I-i will get them." he said, remembering Chester was still in the cupboard. He heard foot steps and then the door open, Chester wagging his tail rapidly on the chair. "Shh boy, i just need some shoes. Pff, what is that smell?" He said in a hushed voice, pinching his nose. He opened a cupboard and grabbed some small puppy biscuits, then grabbing his daughters shoes. He handed the biscuits to the pup and then went outside, closing the door behind him. Chester whined as he heard a kiss and then the front door open, being slammed as it closed. The cupboard door opened once more as the man returned, allowing him access to the large area. Another door opened and it was his wife, looking very lazy with drooping eyes. "She gone already? Oh. Anyway, don't loose him. I got his shots yesterday so he is all clear for a good walk outside. Is...is that smell coming form him? Ha! What a stinker." She giggled, her beautiful eyes glistening in the sun. "I am going to get dressed, put some make up on and then take him out for a nice long walk. You can watch some football or whatever. Heck, some with me if you wish." She said. "Well, yeah i will come. Maybe we can fine a nice cafe and have some lunch after we Finnish with the hours of your shopping." The male smiled, rubbing his neck as he went into the bedroom where she had just exist. They then rambled on about nothing good on the TV and that she has no good shoes. Chester barked and whined but they did not come out for a whole hour.
One hour later, Chester though he was going to die of boredom but the couple soon exist the bedroom, fully dressed and groomed. The female was wearing skinny leg white jeans with a one shoulder black, light top. And the male was wearing some jeans, not that tight, and they hanged down slightly showing his boxers. He then wore a black jumper that had some buttons near the neck. Both looked amazing. "So, we are agreeing that there will be no breakfast. We can have a amazing brunch. And no looking at TV's. I am quite happy with out current one." The female voice said. Chester howled at them, his Chestnut ears flying back as he bent his neck back. "And of coarse, there will be some brunch for little Chessy. Now, lets go. There is some beauty shops i want to go check out." She said before rummaging in a box and finding his fancy Black leather collar with silver embroidery and small pearls and a matching lead. "Okay, have i got my bag? Yes, my purse, lipstick..." The female began but the male walked out of the door, holding Chester's lead with him on the end as he went.

Holly Cricket Wish..
Holly gripped a newspaper, and she had a bag full of them. She looked at a rather small bungalow that she had to deliver her newspaper to. She opened the gate, with a small Click! The garden was perfectly clean, with a large patch of grass. At the edges of the garden, were large flowers, decorated with many different colors. There was a perfect path, leading to the white door that was closed securely. She knew the elderly lady that lived there, her name was Barbara. Holly held the paper in one hand, and knocked on the door with the other. Normally, she didn't bother at knocking at houses to give the newspaper, but she liked to see the elderly lady. The door slowly opened, and a wrinkled, pale face appeared from the edge of the door. Her grey hair was curled on her head, with white streaks there and there. She had twinkling blue eyes, that were full of life. She was wearing a cream sweater, followed by a purple jacket that was wrapped tightly around her, and blue pants.
After a couple of seconds, Barbara said, "Holly!" She shown a toothy smile, with the perfect teeth, but it was obvious that they were fake. "Hello Barbara, here's your paper," Holly smiled, and handed the elder women the paper. "See you tomorrow then!" The women said with a croaky laugh. Holly only replied with a slight chuckle, and walked down the garden again. Holly had finished her paper route, so she decided to go to the park.
Soon, she reached the park, and simply sat on a bench. She watched a dog race by, but stop and look at her. "Hello Fella!" She smiled, and the dog jumped up at her. He was a Siberian Husky, his tongue lolling out of his mouth.

The sun had not yet come up in the McCoy house, it's yellow rays hardly grazing the horizon. Elliot started as his radio blared "Crazy Train" at 5:30am. Bunching up his pillow, the blonde lifted his eyes to glare at the little box that flashed the time. Reaching out, he smacked the button that laid on top to turn off the loud music. Sighing and digging his head back into his pillow, Elliot remained there for a few minutes, already knowing he would not be able to sleep anymore. Pushing himself up at 5:36am, he went downstairs to get some breakfast, humming "Crazy Train" as he went. Eating his usual breakfast of a bowl of cereal with Lactaid milk (milk that wouldn't bother his lactose intolerance) and a clementine, the movie star drifted to the sliding door off of his kitchen. The door led out to a large patio with a hot tub installed into the upper deck. The patio then led to a concrete lining of his pool and a large yard. His house had been the source of many celebrity parties, though he tried to keep the amount of occupants to a minimum as to not disturb his neighbors. Setting the half-eaten bowl of cereal on the counter, he walked towards his front door to retrieve the morning paper. He had spoken to the paper girl only once or twice. She was a rather nice girl, pretty too, but Elliot would only see her in the morning once every month if he was lucky. He had not developed a crush on her, but he did enjoy her company. He enjoyed all company, to be perfectly honest. Well, all company that wasn't rabid fangirls, paparazzi, or cats. He did like cats, but was highly allergic to them.
Going out to his mailbox in a white wife-beater and plaid pajama bottoms, Elliot retrieved the paper and went back inside to promptly ignore what he just brought in and finish his breakfast. His mind had been wandering to getting a pet recently. Nothing crazy like his friends, as some owned tigers or other large animals. Instead, he wanted some type of dog. Birds were too noisy for him, fish were boring, and cats, he was allergic to. He had visited the pound multiple times, but every time he considered a dog, it was adopted. He donated to the pound as much as he could, feeling awful for the poor animals in there, but he found more interest in a stray in the neighborhood. The poor thing looked starving and he often left dog food out near the bottom of his porch for her, but she rarely came by. Whenever she was nearby, she would spook at the slightest sound that he made. They had been getting on somewhat better terms, however. He stayed only a few feet away, usually on his porch or in the pool, as she would eat whatever he could offer her. He would often throw in a scrap of meat or two from dinner the night before. Finishing his cereal, he brought the clementine with him outside. He waited out there for the skinny dog. If she didn't show up by 6:30am, he would have to go back inside to do some weight-lifting and running on his treadmill.
Lounging on a chair on the porch, he grabbed his book sitting beside him and began to read as he waited for the scrawny, but tall, dog. He had tried to read the name on the collar, but all he could ever read with her permission was Maj. He had since been calling the dog by that nickname, never shouting to her, but talking to her as if she were sitting beside him. Elliot had found out quickly that his voice had to be a whisper or a low talking voice when speaking to her at this stage in their relationship or he'd frighten her away. Flipping to the next page of his book, he continuously glanced over the top of his book to see if the breakfast set out had been touched.
[PS, if Majazi doesn't show up, Eli will go into town after his workout. So, I'll be trying to get some interaction in there x3 He might eat lunch where Ellie works, so Kili and Ellie can have some interaction with him later.]

((WeirdFloof!: Holly can find Lola, and keep her!

Lola
The sun lightly skimmed on the park grass, and searched for the busy City of New York. The sun snook up on the Tabby Cat, who was lying deep in slumber on a park bench. Rays of the fire ball light touched the warm pelt, and it made her skinniness look more obvious. Soon enough, the yellowish green eyes of Lola's fluttered open. She saw the wooden bench, painted a deep, dark brown colour, and the strands of green grass that spurted from the earth beneath. Another day, the Tabby She-Cat thought. Her legs stretched forwards, while her arms stretched forwards, showing her skinny belly that was rumbling deeply.
After a couple of minutes, Lola pushed herself to her paws. They ached terribly from the day before, a random person with a net was chasing her, but her speed was up to date. Her paws ached because she couldn't find something to climb for ages! "What should I do today..." Lola thought out loud. And she searched the large park, that was rather empty at this time of day, but a dog raced along the grass now and then. Taking a swift leap, she jumped off the bench, landing on the floor with a silent fud! Lola's paws moved in a short rhythm like movement.
After maybe a hour of randomly walking around, a red haired girl came into sight ((Holly)). The girl looked like someone who would give a stray cat some food, she looked like she loved animals. Her paws quickly moved faster, and she lifted one paw off the ground like she had been hurt. Her blind eye blocked the vision from the girl, so she moved her head so her right eye could see her again. Act cute! The Tabby thought, and soon came to the bench the the red-headed girl was sitting on. Lola purred, as she started to rub her warm fur on the girls leg, and her eyes looked up at her, and the cat looked like she was smiling. Once she done that for a couple of seconds, then limped in front of her foot, and sat down. She looked up at her, flicking her tail adorably.

The young dog slowly curled up even more, sleeping lightly underneath a knocked over trash can that she had rummaged through the night before to at least find the tiniest bit of scraps to satisfy her growing hunger. After that, she slept in the trash can, a bit of the trash removed due to her digging, however some still remained that she tried to avoid touching, she never did like searching in the bins. The female had her ears back as usual, her tail slightly brushing up against her leg as her paws were curled up towards her chest, as she slept in a mostly defensive position. However, as the sun began to shine atop the trashcan and the area around the dog, she gave a small snort at the sudden bright light, weary brown eyes blinking open before closing in another attempt to go back to sleep. But, Majazi knew she wouldn't be able to, as she didn't feel safe upon the morning, lots of humans and others were up in the morning, and she didn't feel like meeting anyone. As the scrawny dog slowly wiggled its way from the bin, she shook out her fur who still remained its white color- however was turning a bit grey due to having not been washed in a while.
Majazi slowly walked, more so slinking as she searched for some food, she wasn't that used to finding food on her own, however the young one knew she needed to learn or that'd be the death of her. Majazi, however, decided to not do her normal routine in the morning, which was attempt to, after all these months and days, try to find her previous owners- she was desperate, and she wanted to find them very badly. The naive pup didn't realize that she was abandoned, and spent a few minutes trying to find their scent, however upon realizing after a while that she'd never find them, she had sadly given up. The hungry dog looked around, not wanting to dig through the trash again as she felt incredibly dirty doing that, and instead decided to go to another place to get food. A human who lived somewhere near here gave her food time to time, however she didn't quite trust him yet, and was still incredibly shy and skittish. Her walk broke out into a full out run as she began to try to find that house once more, using her memory to attempt to locate the male's house before she eventually found it, and saw him sitting a couple ways away. The dog's tail tucked in between her legs almost immediately, and her ears went back as she slowly slunk forward, her chocolate eyes looking at him all ways as she scanned the area, giving a small whine as she sat, her tail still showing she was scared, however interested.

Holly Cricket Wish.
Holly watched as the Siberian Husky returned to his owners side, his eyes looking trustingly at the women's face. She smiled, and felt something rub against her leg. She looked down, and saw a skinny, yet cute, brown striped Tabby Cat, with her paw lifted in the air. "Heya Girl," Holly smiled, and slowly knelt down. Gently, she picked the cat up, and put the Tabby next to Holly's bare legs ((She has shorts on.)).
After a couple of minutes just staring at the cats unique features, she said, "What's your name beauty?" She cupped her hand, and tickled behind the cats ear, while putting the palm of her hand under her chin. Her old old cat loved her doing that, but she didn't know if they stray would. She wondered if the cat was some one else's, and decided something. She smiled, and faced the cat, making her mouth perk with a smile.
She decided that she would take the cat to the vets, see if she was MicroChipped. If she wasn't she would take her home to be her pet, even though she had almost no money. She waited until the cat started to trust her though, so she just sat still for now.

Halfway through his clementine, Eli read to the end of the current chapter he was on. It was a beautiful spring day and he would have to go into town later. Weather was never something Elliot didn't like. Thunderstorms and light rains were always his favorite types of weather, but sunny was good as well. Sunshine seemed to put those around him in a better mood, so he didn't mind it all that much. Wiping his mouth with the back of his hand as some drops from the clementine dripped down to his chin, Elliot readjusted himself on the chair to sit up straight more. As he was fixing his position, he noticed Maj cautiously approaching. Putting his book down, Eli beamed her a smile. "Hey, girl," he said gently. "Want some food?" Standing up slowly, he turned his back to her as he walked to the upper deck of the patio to retrieve the plastic bowl containing some dry dog food and a piece of chicken. He was sure the do would retreat a little at his approach, but he continued towards the set of six stairs and placed the bowl on the second step from the bottom, not venturing all the way down as to not frighten her off. Knowing she wouldn't do much if he stayed there, Eli went back up the stairs and went inside to fill up a bowl of water. Turning off the faucet as the plastic bowl bent a little with the weight of the water, Elliot continued back outside and approached Maj again, placing the water on the third step from the bottom, as to not disturb her eating. Although, his approach alone would likely disturb her eating anyway.
"Stay as long as ya want, Maj," he said quietly with a smile and returned back to his chair, his clementine, and his book. Finishing off the little he had left of his clementine, he finished the chapter he was on and went inside, leaving the sliding glass door open just big enough for Maj to come in if she wanted. It was only about a foot, but the dog was so skinny, she would probably only need half that length to get inside. He could almost guarantee she wouldn't follow, but he could dream. Returning to his bedroom, he grabbed his iPod and continued back downstairs to his workout room. It was probably the smallest room in the house, excluding his bathroom, and laundry room. He didn't really see the need for a workout room during spring time, since he could easily work out at the gym. His workouts, especially during movies, were a constant thing, though, so the gym wasn't always open when he needed it to be. He warmed up with jumping jacks, crunches, and various other small workout things for fifteen minutes and then switched to his weights. Lifting those for another ten minutes, he went over to his treadmill and plugged his iPod into the speakers and played some music at a normal level, not blasting it like some of his friends and those at the gym. Jogging soon turned to running as he ran for the next half hour. Running was probably his favorite thing to do in this space, weight lifting never really his thing.
Turning off the machine, he went through his living room and to his bathroom to take a shower before going into town. Securing his back door, Elliot continued to his front door. Turning on the pad lock on his door, he went out to the sidewalk and walked towards town. Running would only make his shower pointless and it was a nice day out so walking wasn't much of a big deal to him. The blonde wore a blue cotton t-shirt, a light grey hoodie of a similar material, and form fitting jeans. Sunglasses adorned his head and his cell phone, wallet, house key, his book, and emergency medication were in a small satchel-looking bag that was strapped obliquely across his torso. Entering the main part of town, Elliot looked around to what he could do. Looking over at the cafe, he shook his head a little. /Not there./ His eyes drifted to the restaurant beside it. It was a nice place and he never had a bad experience there. It was still morning, though, and he decided to do something before lunch. Deciding the park looked like a pretty good place to be, he entered the open gates and continued towards the middle of the park, sitting down on a bench and fishing the book out of his satchel. Throughout the book, he would change positions. If anyone found him before lunchtime, he would likely be laying down on the bench, holding the book half an arm's length away as he read it silently to himself.

Gabrielle Jennifer Adams
Rays of sunlight shined in through the cracks of the window uncovered by curtains, giving a spotlight on a mess of light brown hair. Wet slobber woke Ellie from her slumber and the soft sound of barking. Opening her eyes just a crack, she made out Kili's figure jumping off the bed like the usual morning. The nineteen year-old groaned softly, muttered the words, "Just...a few more minutes, boy." She pulled the pillow over her face, covering a target of her dog's tongue. She remained that way until he came back, doing the same thing and forcing her to push off the pillow and glare at the door where he bolted out again. "OK, OK, clock alarm. I'm getting up." She threw the sheets off herself and hauled herself to her feet before hobbling to the closet and picking out a black pair of leggings, a white tank top and long-ish gray sweater her mother knit her. Glancing at the clock, Ellie swore silently, realizing she hadn't set the timer last night and was late for work. Quickly, she got changed into her clothes and strung her hair back into a tight ponytail, knowing a shower would take too long. She hurried downstairs and filled Kili's food bowl and refilled his water bowl while popping an apple strudel into the microwave to heat up. By the time she laced up her second orange and blue running sneakers, the loud and familiar ding signaled it was done.
After wolfing down the strudel, she snatched up Kili's leash and a banana and opened the door where he was waiting impatiently. "Don't go far, Kili. I'll be right out." Trusting her loyal companion to do as she asked, Ellie raced back upstairs and picked up her iPhone that sat on the nightstand charging, the leash and banana still in her other hand. She set the load down gently on the unmade bed and hastily brushed her teeth and splashed some water on her face to get the sleepy look off her face. Then, gripping the three items she bolted out the front door, forgetting to lock it. "Kili!" Ellie called, trying to catch her breath. "I'm late for work; we need to go now!"
Ellie headed out to the sidewalk next to the street, still waiting for him to show up. She stared down at her phone reading a text from her boss, the manager at the restaurant, had sent her saying how angry at her that she was late for work again. Texting back she called again for Kili without looking up from the screen. After sending back a text apologizing for her tardiness and promising that she'd be there in twenty minutes maximum, she glanced around her, taking in the surroundings while Kili finished up whatever he was doing. Down the street she glimpsed her younger neighbor, Holly, going on her usual paper route. Ellie didn't know much about the girl, except for the fact that she apparently had a part-time job delievering newspaper and that she was only eighteen, a year younger than herself. So far they'd never really gotten a chance to meet very well.
Suddenly remembering there was a fruit in her left hand, Ellie opened and started eating it calling out for Kili once more, her tone slightly annoyed. The phone buzzed again signaling another text message, but she didn't bother to look at it. It was definitely her mananger, obviously not wanting to be done with chewing her out just yet.
(( I described Ellie's outfit terribly, so if you'd like a better view of what I was sort of basing it off of even though there isn't a scarf, here's a picture:

[[ Sorry for getting OOC here but does anyone here use Firefox? If so, has the browser given you problems lately with the forums? xD ]]
[[ Also, sorry for holding up the place. OTL ]]
[[Edit:
@Kasai: Ah! Are you using the latest version?
I do use Word to do my posts but when I was sending, the typical "server message" in red came above in the edit the post box.
@Blacki: I see that IE is the black sheep of it all, eh? xD
@Kasai & Blacki: Thank you for the help and suggestions :3! ]]

[ I do, but it doesn't give me any issues. Safari and Internet Explorer are worse to use, though. IE is slow and Safari resets the page constantly. I'm using Firefox right now, and it's acting okay. Maybe try using Google Chrome? That's the other server I've used with little to no issues =)
Edit: Alternatively, you could use Word/a text document and type your post there first so you don't lose it. That's what I did before I downloaded Firefox

But,about Firefox-
Firefox can be a sort of problem with the forums and stuff- eventually, anyway.
I got fed up with mine awhile ago and Google Chrome has been working well for when I want to get on the forums; I'd suggest using that if you can, as Kasai mentioned.
Internet Explorer, a lot of times won't even let me see the forums. So, like Kasai said- tis' even worse.)

The female dog, Majazi, wondred how to get the human male's attention- she would have tried barking, something she didn't do often, however that wasn't her- and she was far too quiet to try and do that. Her chocolate eyes watched the male from afar, and she felt as if she was invisible. A low whine escaped her mouth as she observed him, before the young dog slowly began slinking closer, occasionally she sniffed about, only stopping when the smell of what he was eating reached the dog's nose. Upon smelling that, she tilted her head, wondering what he was eating, and her tail slightly began to flick as she was about to back up, when he looked up to see her there. Majazi slunk a bit closer to the ground, her scrawny body touching the floor a bit as her tail twitched a bit nervously; something she did quite often. The dog relaxed a bit however at his gentle words, and her tail gave a slight wag at the mention of 'food', she never understood humans- however simple words like that she did understand, she also enjoyed the gentle voice, she was always soothed by the speaking of humans- well, at least when they weren't speaking loud. The female looked up at him, the word 'food' still registered in her mind, food was good, and she was awfully hungry, and waited for him to return.
The dog curiously began peering to see what he was doing- however backing up upon him coming out with dry dog food he occasionally gave her. Her gaze traveled downwards as she continued watching him as he set the bowl down, and the dog hungrily wiggled closer, as if she was asking for permission to eat when he got back, however when he came back with water she sloppily went backwards, her tongue lolling from her mouth as she tumbled over slightly to get away from the male who put water down. After that, he returned to his chair, and she quickly scampered forward to grasp the bowl, licking the sides before eating the food down as fast as she could. The dog was very grateful for the food, and her tail slightly wagged as she ate, and when she had finished that she licked the bowl- over and over again before drinking down most of the water. Majazi had completely forget about the male as she enjoyed the food and drink- and only snapped her head up when she heard his voice again. She didn't understand his words, but otherwise lapped up all of the water to the very drops of it, before eyeing the male who had went inside.
The female noticed the door left open, and her tail twitched lightly as she moved even closer, a bit more confident due to the fact the human had gone. She sniffed the door and the patio a bit, before crawling inside, pushing the door a bit with her side to explore some more. She didn't know where the human had gone, but so far in her mind, she had decided to register that it was safe to explore. Majazi began to scan the area, sniffing at everything as her tail swished, noise coming from a specific area bothered her a bit, and she was about to leave, however her curious attitude continued to push her forward, as she continued to sniff and explore and occasionally grasp something in her teeth- not to destroy- but to test. After a while of her journey in the human's house, she lay down, some fur falling from her body and resting on the floor as she rested her head on her paws, her fluffy tail sprawled out as she closed her eyes, relaxing a bit as she tried to stay awake. Then, she heard some noises, not just any noises, but it seemed to be footsteps. The obviously frightened dog jumped up, tail instantly between her legs as her ears went back, she shot right out the door like a bullet, and stopped to stare at the door once more, her ears still pinned back as she trotted away from the house a bit- however upon watching the male walk outside, she slowly slunk down to attempt to hide herself as he began to walk. The dog wondered where he was going, and slowly slunk behind him quietly, keeping her distance quite well when he entered the main part of town.
The dog instantly whined, trying to hide herself from all the others, but that was hard when you were quite tall. She strayed away from any glancing eyes, however continued to scamper after the other who went in the direction of the park- somewhere she visited a points to explore- however didn't stay long due to the population. She watched him to the bench, and that was when she decided to separate, her head swiveled about to look towards the smell of food, however looked around the park as her tail twitched slightly, moving a bit more to glance at the male who seemed absorbed in whatever he was doing, before she walked a bit forward towards some sort of agility in the main part of the park. Her head tilted a bit at everything, not used to really exploring this area as she automatically began to sniff- a habit she did for the fact she wanted to know everything and what was going on. Her head glanced around before she eyed a duck waddling along near the lake, and she observed it a bit as it began to go back into the water, such carefree animals, lucky they are. The dog began to pant a bit, sitting down a little as she pondered what to do, she was itching for exercise, however didn't know how to initiate it.
((I want her to at least play with someone or something, get a bit of exercise.))

As the pair walked out the door, the sudden hills clashing against laminate flooring as the woman now exit pieced through the young pups ears. He hated all of these loud noises, especially the lift as it rose up and down as people pressed it's buttons to direct it to a certain floor. The surrounding scenery was quite pleasant. There was two tall green plants ether side of the door, stacking up in balls like a snowman. Chester had never noticed any other plants like this when he stared out the window, so he guessed it was a symbol that the flat he lived in was special. The walls where a spotless white with modern canvases hanging on the wall. There was three canvases in a row, a inch apart from each other. They bared swirly green pictures that made no sense, but it did make the wall look 'Funky'. The floor beneath was that cold, hard laminate. Chester never liked it and always preferred to lay on the rug when he was allowed in the sitting area. The stairs where swirled, and the young man though that the puppy could make the journey with no assistance. The man walked a few steps down and urged Chester to follow. The young dog crouched and placed a leg over the side, not quite reaching his paw onto it. Chester tried with his other leg but it reached the same distance. He then turned around and attempted to slide down, but he did not have the bravery to trust only his memory from where the step was.
The lady emerged after dashing around the room and gasped at her husbands actions. "You dopey sod. He could never do that himself! Pick him up right now." She ordered and her husband did not need telling twice. Chester was lifted into the air and into the arms of the man. The Chestnut pelted puppy did not like the height and so he wriggled, attempting to get back down onto the safety of the floor. "Stop struggling. I am going to drop you." Said the man and he attempted to stop the puppy from wriggling. He bouncing as the man went down the steps made the puppy anxious of falling. After one more sudden bounce and being spun around as the man faced towards his wife, Chester had had enough. He struggled and wiggled, his fur slippery with it's velvety softness. The puppy soon fell, for the young man was no longer able to hold onto him. Chester slipped from his grasp and thankfully onto a light green fluffy carpet. "You idiot! I told you to hold him tightly." The woman cried as she tripped down a few more steps in her high hills to check if the pup was okay. Chester was more than okay, for he was rolling around in the thick, fluffy carpet. It felt like a match made in heaven. "Tut, Typical men, eh?" The young woman said, stroking Chester's soft, floppy ears. "Okay now, hold onto that lead tight, he likes to pull and do not let him go near that mutt next door. Poor Chessy was scared to death by it's booming barks." She spoke, her beautiful, elegant voice much more soothing than her steps in her hills.
With the man holding onto the pups lead and the woman linking her arms with her husband, the group of three strode past the office and out to the boulevard, filled with busy shoppers. There was plenty of dogs on leads and cats scowling up trees, Chester did not know who to play with first, after-all, this is what he thought he came out for. The place was crowded and Chester had to make sure he stepped in the right place, for he did not want a sore paw because someone stepped on it. The dogs seemed quite friendly, for a few came over to sniff the puppy. Chester was so glad he was able to come outside, there was just so much to do. He began to rap his front legs around the neck of a adult Yorkshire terrier
who struggled to get away from the energetic puppies grasp. A female Labrador bent down and nibbled the pup on the scruff. He found this uncomfortable and so pulled away into the path of a shopper. Above, he could see a tiny bit of light, for the arms and upper body crowded it's rays. The talking was muffled but he could here his female master saying. "Pick him up." Once more the puppy was picked up, but the man stopped half way of lifting him and said a swear word directed at a man who apparently had barged passed him and knocked him on the head in attempt to get to his work place. He then stood up-right with the puppy in his arms. Even though he hated being picked up, it seemed much safer than staying on the floor. "Lets head to a patch of grass so he can do his tiddles. I bet he is bursting, the poor little fellow." The woman said, directing her husband towards a local park.
A good ten minuets of barging and pushing, the area opened up and the people filtered away as they came to the outskirts of the town. The chestnut pup was set on the floor and he happily trotted along with his masters. The park was in view and it was very clean and neat with the odd dog racing after a Frisbee or snoozing under a tree. "Let him off, let him have some fun" The woman spoke to her husband as she struggled with the lead. He clicked off the lead and let it rest on the bench where the pair sat down. Chester wagged his tail and flew off towards the middle of the park where he sniffed around a strongly scented tree. Half of the males in the park had kept layering urine over it to show their dominance. Chester raised his hind-leg like he saw other males do and urinated over the tree, missing, and splattering it on the grass. The puppy panted when he finished and swung his head around to find a sutible dog to interact with. There was quite a few adult dogs that where play fighting, they're paws scraping against each others fur and their teeth nibbling at a each others skin. It looked far to dangerous for the young Irish setter to join in with, so he decided to look for a more docile dog. There was a strange, tall dog sitting next to a pond who seemed look like a perfect match. Her fur was so long and thick, like the rug in the lobby. He decided to sneak up to her and play with her tail, rolling and nipping at its softness. It seemed like the perfect plan in his head. Stalking towards the young dog, the pups floppy ears flapped as a large gust of wind passed by him. The tension was high as he was around a meter from her tail. He slowly opened his jaws and then slowly shut them as he was now close enough. Her tail was now in his jaws, but he held it very lightly and close to the place it had already been. The softly nibbled it, his eyes looking at the dogs back in-case she turned around and attempted to spook him. He was so excited by his naughty behavior he could not hold back a sweet, small yip. He was bowed and his paws laying on the tail of his victim playmate. He rubbed his head on the sheep-pelt-soft tail like a cat would do to a warm area. Chester did not know if the dog was aggressive or playful, he just had to embrace the dog like rug.(Chester is playing with Maj.)

Lola
Lola felt the women's hands handle her gently... Lola looked around, a anxious glare in her beautiful eyes. Her hackles un-tensed, as Holly put her down on the darkly painted bench. The Tabby heard the Teenager say, "Heya Girl!" Lola looked at her... She had long, gingerish red hair, that went down to her stomach. The girl also had dark blue eyes, that almost tinted a bit of dark purple in. She had a silver chain around her neck, that lead down to something saying 'Elvis.' Holly also had a black and white stripy T-Shirt, which was sleeveless.
About 5 minutes later, Lola pushed herself to her paws after sitting. Hands tickled her chin and ear, and she let out a rumbling purr, which signed affection. With slow movements, Lola limped on Holly's lap, before laying there quite comfortably. "What's your name beauty?" She asked. Lola's full attention turned to the red-head, and she flicked her tail. "My name?" She mewed, not understanding that humans didn't understand her, "Lola, what's yours?"
When she didn't answer, Lola saw she was thinking about something. Is she thinking about giving me food? Lola thought, but then saw a tiny terrier spot her... A Border Terrier. She mewed in fright, and stood up. With swift moves, she leaped off the women's lap, and onto the soft earth. The Wire-haired terrier ran after the cat, barking like mad, while his owner ran franticly after him. "Pluto! Get back here!" The man growled, but the dog seemed to be deaf to his owner. "Get away Mutt!" Lola snapped when 'Pluto The Terrier' got near, he just kept on barking..I'll be back for you.. She thought, looking up at Holly. She raced off, her tail wafting limply in the air, helping her balance. She saw a tall, but thin tree, and it looked perfect to climb.
When she finally got there, she hooked her claws onto the bark. The terrier was about 10 inches away, when Lola had climbed a bit, so the dog couldn't reach her. With her paws hooked on safely, she swung herself on a branch, and came into view where Holly could see her. With out warning, Lola let out a high pitched mew, hoping to catch her attention some how. She was on the edge of the branch, but it didn't look like it was going to snap of.

LEONARDO
If Leonardo had been having fun spending his time looking for this god-forsaken origami fish that liked to hide from him and well- purposely aggrivate him, too; then it sure did not seem like it now. But, Breakfast was the 'most important' meal of the day, was it not? The Mackerel Tabby had no intentions on missing it quite yet, especially since he was entirely well-aware of what was served. In a quick yet cautious manner, the cat pulled his attention away from the book he had been trying to move in a book-shelf; thinking that, for some reason, one of those little paper fishies just had to have been behind it. Leaning upwards as to look down at the carpet below with a sense of 'lazy interest'- if you could call it that, the feline moved forwards to jump down: claws sheathed, perferring not to scratch up anything below a bit, with legs outstretched the cat landed with a barely audible 'thump!' on the ground. The cat would of perfectly well ran to the kitchen, but aye; even if he was hungry for breakfast, and around no-one but Jeanette; why ruin his sophisticated appearance- well, sure he had ruined it quite a few times- but, who needs running anyway?
"I'm likely already late," Muttering to himself as he half-ran (At least he wasn't barreling his way down!) and half-walked towards the kitchen; lime-green eyes gleaming with a sense of interest and glee and his tail flickering back and forth, hinting that the feline was obviously anxious to arrive at his destination- speaking of which, he had just entered the living room now.
But, it wasn't quite proper for a cat to go waltzing into the kitchen, expecting breakfast (In accordance to 'The Official Guildbook of a Domestic Cat's Routine'- written by Leonardo himself; copies only available in one location; his mind.), now was it?
Padding towards the couch, the feline 'pounced' (It couldn't quite be categorised as a jump) onto the seat of the rather comfortable old thing, and then planting himself on the arm. His attention seemed to flicker from his owner to the floor like a flame that couldn't quite decide on which side to lean on for a moment as the cat decided again that, this was not an ideal place to sit- or, greet anyone for that matter. (Leonardo always greeted Jean in the morning- even if she couldn't even understand it.) Once more deciding to move, the cat lifted himself onto the top of the couch. Neatly tucking his paws under his chest, as if attempting to 'cross his arms', the cat couldn't help but sink into the cushiony part he was laying on. Flicking an air towards the left in annoyance, the cat finnaly turned his attention to Jeanette.
"Hello, again~ Pleasant morning, is it not? Oh, and please do stop hiding those . . fish around. It's rather annoying," His greeting could most defiantly not be categorised as the 'warmest greeting every told', but it was a greeting (mostly a complaint) none the less; along with a waste of time and breathe, too!

Gabrielle Jennifer Adams
After walking about ten minutes and nearing the town, Ellie had to attach the leash to Kili's collar because of the numerous amount of cars rolling by. Her worst nightmare was her furry companion getting hit by a car; she'd never forgive herself if that happened. Two other text messages buzzed up on her phone, but she still refrained from looking at them. She'd had enough of her boss yelling at her forever and ever. He was still yelling at her for the last time she was late. Upon arriving to the restaurant, one of her co-workers had wished her good luck fending off her boss today since two of the other workers had quit earlier. Ellie herself couldn't wait to yell at her manager the two words she'd been waiting to yell ever since she first started working there, but she couldn't even count the number of people that had come and go in a matter of days.
Ellie changed her shirt to the restaurant uniform, luckily being able to avoid her boss. The uniform was maroon color and had Welcome to Charlie's across the front, which was the restaurant name. Over her heart on the left side of the shirt was her name, sewed on in white. The shirt was unnecessarily tight, and although lots of workers had filed complaints about this, the shirts never changed. The uniform, for waitresses and waitors at least, also required a wite apron that wrapped around their waists and a checkered red fedora. After putting it all on, she got to work running around with trays and glasses. She released Kili from the leash knowing he'd been there enough that he probably wouldn't cause any problems. Ellie thought she might be able to get away of avoiding her boss, too, but as a trio of three young men wandered into the restaurant, Oscar, her manager's name, started toward her, nostrils flaring. He opened his mouth to shout at her but before he could the guys were at the counter. It was Lacy's turn to serve up the next customer party, but without even any words she knew what to do. They'd done it often: switching shifts so that the other would be able to hopefully get away from Oscar's anger. Lacy turned and hurried over to Oscar, starting to talk about something random like how high the heat was in the restaurant or something while Ellie turned to the customers and smiled, "Hello, welcome to Charlie's! How may I serve you today?" The three boys snickered, as they all knew each-other from middle and high-school. "Ellie, I don't know how you got stuck here, but you do your job well." One of them named Harry grinned at her. They usually did this every time she was on shift and were ordering whatever they wanted. "Haha, very funny, Harry. Now order or I'll have to nicely kick you out." They all ordered their breakfast and the conversation continued as Lacy walked over, apparently done stalling Oscar since he wasn't it sight. Ellie made the boys breakfast's, listening to them babble on and on, occassionally making comments that made Ellie blush, though usually her back was turned from them getting drinks for other customers.
Once they were fed and just relaxed against the counter, the conversation had eventually ended. Kili was eyeing them and Ellie smiled slightly, petting his head. "They're alright, Kili. Annoying, but alright." She whispered, bending down so she could be at his head's level. Just then one of the boy's voices questioned her once again, as Lacy's shift ended minutes before. "We have to go soon, but one last thing. Ellie, go on a date with me?" He asked it humorously, but Ellie leaned forward and flicked him in the forehead anyway. "In your dreams. Now you better get going, dumbo. And I'm not asking Lacy out for you, either." The other two staretd laughing really hard, but Harry looked utterly embarrassed. His hand covered the red bump that had already started to form. Ellie had been told she had a hard flick, but she'd flicked Harry hundreds of times. He was getting way too soft-skinned. And he'd also asked her that before, but with no other luck. They were better as good friends. As the trio turned and left the building, Ellie made herself a coffee, and that was a good thing about the job; two free drinks a day. She leaned down, sipping the cup and looking at Kili while rubbing his head with the other hand. "After my shift is over, I was thinking we could go home so I could take a shower and then we could go to the park later. That sound good to you, Kee?" She knew he wouldn't answer of course, but she had this habit of talking to him. Ellie was pretty sure he could understand a few words anyways, like "park" or "treat" or "food".
Before she could say anything else Oscar's voice rang through her ears. "ELLIE! GET YOUR BUTT IN MY OFFICE." Ellie flinched and glanced behind her, then turned back to Kili. "Be my back-up. I also need a witness if he attacks me." She laughed the last part, but she did want him to be next to her. Oscar's voice seemed even angrier than ever, plus the two other workers who had apparently quit earlier. The restaurant was also unusually empty and she held no doubt that one of the other workers would cover for her if another customer came to the counter. Sighing, Ellie stood up and headed into his office in the back of the restaurant.
