Title: My game keeps crashing. Help?

I play FH on a Mac now, because my brother has stolen/taken/borrowing my computer for his so called " homework. "
Anyways, the Mac keeps crashing every 5-10 minutes, it also crashes every time I enter a new area. Is there any way I can stop it crashing so I can play the game smoothly?
