"Please!? It'll only be for the night! Plus, his humans take real good care of him!" Meg asked, wagging her black tail hopefully.
Savannah, her mother, looked at the sky and groaned. "Humans are dangerous! He's bound to break you! Wolves just don't belong with dogs!"
"Kyle's never been hurt! He'll protect me! I swear." Meg pleaded.
Wrong choice. "Have you ever wondered how Jesse died? She fell in love with a German Shepard, like you, and BANG!
Guns and blood. Deal with the fact it's useless. You'll be dead in minutes."
Meg turned away. She wanted to attack her mother, like she had before, but left instead.
Tonight, thought Meg, I'll sneak out.
