Title: Password Problems

Hello all! :)

Hate to be having this problem so soon but my password is no longer working? I know it is correct, I've tried everything but it keeps saying I had 5 more attempts before I get banned. Yet, that exact same password allows me onto the forums?

I have tried the 'Forgot your password?' route, but everytime I enter my relevant information etc... It drags me back to this page -> http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php/?option=com_user&view=reset (http://www.feral-heart.com/index.php/?option=com_user&view=reset) <- After I had just. done. it. all!

Please help me out. D:

You could always try messaging one of the mods or admin from here since they might be able to help:

 I found that just changing your password to something else does work alot. But if you are just having problems retrieving your password then just make sure that you are typing in your username in correctly, also make sure your caps tapped isn't on.
Typing in your password may be case sensitive

To add onto what the others have said make sure you have no fancy symbols in your password that will cause problems when logging in aswell.

Problem is... My password is all caps and supposed to be that way. :o

Perhaps try a password that doesn't involve them all being in caps. Just at least try to make a lowercase password and if that doesn't work, then perhaps ask a admin or anyone in the staff for help.

Unfortunately it still isn't working so I have sent a message to a Forum Admin for help on the issue.
