Title: my login wont work in the game

Hi i'm have some problems login in the game not on the site but the game thing it Says "Username or password is incorrect 5 failed attemps cause 15min ban" and i typed everything correctly i' was woundering why wont it work for me :'(

 Make sure you didn't have your caps lock on. If that's not it maybe your username is too long or you used strange symbols. Try refering to the following links for help:

It might also be that your username is too long.
I know that Feral Heart only allows a user with a certain amount of letters, I know the number is under 20 letters but can't remember exactly how many.

Yes, I do believe your username is within the character limit.
Next time you might want to ask a question on the Help section of the forum by posting your own thread though. :3
