Welcome to Caspian's Lake Zoo! Where you can find all breeds of animals, from wolves to flamingos or from Birds of Prey shows to luxury restaurants, we are sure to have it all!
Rules
1. No Godmodding, Powerplaying or any fighting in the zoo.
2. Maximum of three characters.
3. Mating and births are allowed, just not too detailed.
4. Try to have detailed posts (unless the above is occurring), 5 sentences minimum.
5. Keep the characters balanced, like different species, male and females and zoo keepers and animals.
6. Hate the character, not the player!
7. Maximum of 3 animals of the same species.
8. No more than 2 keepers for each enclosure, that's why the Rp password is 'Splash'
9. Most importantly, have fun! :D

Above is the safari enclosure of the zoo, we have many different species of animals living in this area, including lions, zebras, elephants, giraffes and many more. There are tours around these enclosures at 1pm until 4pm daily.

Above is the aquarium and one of our world famous hotel rooms, here you can watch marine animals through the day and the night. Also, you can choose what kind of fish you would like your room to be surrounded by.

Above is our farmyard section, where you can meet and feed many kinds of farmyard animals. Horse riding is also available on weekends from 10am until 12 noon. And you can see our newborn farm animals in the nursery.

Above is one of our many exotic species of birds, in this enclosure you can see the exotic birds from all over the world including flamingos, parrots, hawks, eagles and many more. We also have daily Birds of Prey shows featuring a different trained bird every time!

Above is our sea lion show, featuring our highly trained and adorable sea lions! The shows are on every two hours starring one of the sea lions. Make sure to stop by and watch one of these wonderful animals!

Personality: Scarlett is quiet and shy, rarely coming out of the shade in daytime. She hates the large crowds that gather around her enclosure every day and will do her best to avoid them. She is quite mean and sarcastic when you first meet her but on the inside she is a big softy, she adores cubs but has none if her own because she was bred in captivity alone.
Strengths: She is a quick thinker, easily solving problems.
Weaknesses: Scarlett has a shorter tail than most tigers, causing problems to her balance.

Personality: Zoe is a sweet and gentle animal lover, she is willing to spend her whole life working at the zoo because she loves her job. She sometimes talks to the tigers as she watches them eat their breakfast, and she especially likes Scarlett, thinking she is a great listener. She also loves to draw and has a big notepad full of drawing of different animals and keepers.

Meaning, sometimes he would be serious and be protective over it. And Justin is a type of tiger that is very attractive tiger and loyal to look up, to. Strengths: Hanging out with the ladies, and just chilling mostly. Protecting his friend and family and willing to do anything. Secondly, Justin is very playfully, but sometimes get into trouble because he'll probably hurt you.

Field of expertise: Brooke has a wide range of things she can do with the animals, including being able to treat their injuries. Also she works with almost all the animals at the zoo, but she mainly works with the Tigers, Lions, Wolves and, sometimes the Cheetahs.
Picture/Description: Brooke has wavy ashy blonde hair that reaches down to her waist. She has smooth fair skin that make her pale blue eyes pop. Brooke's hair is all natural, she has never dyed it or done anything to it such as; straightening, curling, or putting gel in it. During the summer her hair will reveal it's natural blonde highlights and lowlights. Brooke has a smaller frame, only standing at 5'4'' and weighing 118 pounds, some of her friends gave her the nickname Shorty because of her height.
Personality: Brooke is a very kind and gentle woman who has a soft spot for animals, she wanted to be a veterinarian but she didn't think she would be able to euthanize some of the animals that came in, so she applied to be a keep at Caspian's Lake Zoo. Brooke is also very intelligent and did very good and school which is why she was able to land this job so easily, she didn't have any negative records. She also has a huge love for animals, bigger than you could imagine, she isn't a people person but is definitely an animal person. She is also labeled as a bit 'strange' since she is often talking to the animals, even though she can't understand them, but she is sure they can understand her.

The tigress yawned and opened her green eyes, looking around her sleeping shelter before getting up. Scarlett curled her tail around the metal bars of her enclosure as she padded through the small opening leading to outside. She squinted her eyes at the sudden brightness and dug her claws into the ground, already hearing the gasps of the humans as they spotted her exiting her cage and entering her outdoor enclosure. She scanned the crowd for any of the keeper that fed her every morning but did not see any. She sighed and lay down in the shade of the trees and watched the humans as they gazed at her. (Sorry, very short xD and I'm gonna wait until you post to start with Zoe.

Justin began opening as the zoo keeper began moving in. Another day to see more kids and families. Then suddenly, the young male woke up with a big yawn, showing his white teeth. He was kinda exhausted from showing off. Justin chapped his lips and walked out of the cage and into the outside, that was a play ground for the tigers. Then he saw Scarlett, he's crush. Justin shook his head softly and grinned. The young male tiger paddle over with a cheesy grin and sat next to her. "Hey, Scarlett" he smiled, touching his nose with her nose; a way to say hi in tiger form--He really liked Scarlett. Justin flicker his tail and looked at the clear blue sky above him and sighed. "So..How are you so far?" he asked, wondering how she was feeling today. Then the zoo keepers began going to other animals, carefully watching them.

Azalea is more of a shy cheetah, though for guests she'll sometimes come around and watch them. Aza loves running and always loves to run around or race other animals. Though due to her frame and her made for running Azalea tries to normally avoid fights, and if she can't she runs from them not wanting any injuries.
Strengths:
Aza's greatest strength is her speed, though considered a normal speed for cheetahs Azalea is always counting on her speed to help her in times of need.
Weaknesses:
One of Azalea's weaknesses is her frail frame. She isn't made to fight, so if she gets into a fight Aza is likely to lose the fight, even if it's with a younger cat, She can't risk any injuries for her-self.

The blonde haired woman knelt down in the sea mammals nursery, a new seal Lion pup had been born that morning and Brooke had stayed at the zoo all night, waiting for the pup to be born. The mother, Anya, nudges her new child across the smooth floor, trying to get him to waddle around the room. The Sea Lion pup 'barked' at his mother, Brooke giggled then stood up. Broke brushed some hair off her work uniform then walked towards the gate that led out to their enclosure "Here ya guys go." she said as she pulled it open. Anya immediately nudged her pup out into their main enclosure, Brooke giggled then slowly closed the gate. Brooke left the nursery and stepped out into the sun's morning rays, it was a beautiful morning, hopefully it stays this way. Brooked looked around, most of the Zoo staff were arriving and doing their morning duties, she even saw a few rookies who were being guided around the area. Brooke then looked down at her planner, first she would go see the tigers, then the lions, and finally the cheetahs, maybe even the wolves after. Brooke placed her planner in her back left pocket and walked towards the Tiger enclosure.
"Hey Justin!" Justin was one of her more favorite animals at the zoo, as well as Scarlett. Justin was standing next to Scarlett, Brooke stood outside his enclosure before entering, she always made sure he was in a good mood. "Heya Scarlett." She smiled as she walked around the enclosure until she entered the employees only space. She pushed open the door and walked through the long hall until she came to the door that opened into their enclosure. Before entering the cage she grabbed a bucket and threw in their food. It was messy but Brooke didn't mind anymore, on her first few days it kind of bothered her but she got used to it. She grabbed the bucket by it's handle then went into their enclosure "Here is your breakfast." she called as she placed the food on a large flat rock "No fighting." she chuckled, she knew they wouldn't fight. Brooke backed up a few paces then knelt don to watch them eat, she always waited till they were finished before placing a hand on them.
Brooke patiently waited until they were done before standing up and slowly walking up to Justin. "Hey boy." she smiled, making sure not to flash her teeth. She placed her hand on top of his large head and began to rub his ears "You like that?" she grinned as she moved down to his neck "Good boy." she gave him one last rub before moving over to Scarlett. "Hey Scarlett." Brooke was slightly nervous when she gave Scarlett a pat since she was more of the alone type. She smiled at both of them then grabbed the bucket and left their living space, she made sure to lock the door behind her. She didn't want them to get out. Brooke washed out the bucket then left the hall to go take care of the other animals at the zoo. She walked next door to the Lion enclosure, she loved the lions, she raised them after their mother rejected them. She went into another hallway and went in with their food "Manu! Taru! Breakfast!" She called as she placed the food on the ground. Almost immediately the two young brothers rushed out of their dens and tackled the food "Boys, calm down." she laughed. The brothers finished their meal then trotted up to her to give her their affections. Brooked smiled then hugged them both, their fluffy manes always made her feel safe. "Okay boys, I gotta run." she gave them kisses on their noses the left the cage. Brooke yawned, she was up all night with Anya and had no energy left, but she didn't want to leave. Brooke rubbed her face then left the hall to take care of the more smaller animals and reptiles.

Scarlett raised her head as she heard Justin approaching and turned her head, smiling. "Good morning" She said as she touched his nose with hers "So.. How are you so far?" He asked, "I'm fine, how are you?"Scarlett answered, shrugging. Her ears twitched as she heard Brooke, one of her keepers, just outside the enclosure. She sniffed her food, and flicked it with her claw. Scarlett leaned down and began to eat the meat, raising her head every so often to see if Brooke had entered the enclosure, she didn't like it when she was interrupted during a meal. Once she was finished, she stood up and stretched. She stood still as Brooke opened the door to the enclosure, she watched her rub Justin's ears and purred as Brooke stroked her head. Scarlett gently licked Brooke's hand and lay back down.

Species: Bengal Tiger
Picture/Description: well Mika looks like any ordinary tiger apart from her being a lot smaller as she's a cub. She has a sort of orange/red pelt that has many black stripes, along with black ear rims. Her underfur is white along with inside her ears. She has a black tail tip, black nose and black claws that are quite sharp. Her eyes are a sort of chocolate brown.
Personality: Mika is a very playful young cub who srtill has a lot to learn in life. Her outgoing attitude always keeps the keepers on their toes and busy. She's a very joyful, funny cub whom loves human attention along with others attention. She is sometimes dopey and runs into things or trips over her own paws. She can be an aggressive young girl and will often scratch or bite you if she isn't n a good mood, but she sometimes comes out of them fast.
Strengths: Her strengths are she is quite clever for a cub and she loves to learn new things as she learns them quite fast, also she is quite large for a female cub.
Weaknesses: Her weaknesses are she doesn't know when to give up and this often gets her into trouble, with the older and much larger animals. Also her claws are sharp so she often hurts others and herself by accident.

Name: Kiyza
Show name(s): She doesn't do shows
Gender: Female
Age: 1 1/2
Species: Cheetah
Picture/Description: She looks like eveey average cheetah. A sand pelt with black spots and her head body and tail, she has long legs that are ideal for running and her sand pelt helps her hide in the grass while hunting. Her claws as a white/transparent type color, her under fur is white. She has a long sandy tail with black spots on, she has rings around the bottom of her tail that are black and there are a few white rings. Her face is also sandy, with black marks on, her eyes are a sunset orange type colour.
Personality: she is a very outgoing young cheetah who still has a bit to learn in life as she grows older. Although she loves running she does like to bask in the hot sun, she does also like rain. Well she's like a tomboy so I guess she doesn't mind any weather as she also doesn't mind getting dirty and wet. Kiyza is quite a loud cheetah who isn't afraid to go up the the fence and interact with the humans. She just loves the attention. She can be agressive when she isn't in the mood or just woke up but other than that's she's a really joyful girl everyone enjoys seeing.
Strengths: Well she is a fast runner along with her pelt helping her blend in in the grass so she has an advantage at hunting, she is good with humans and all other animals which is good for them and her.
Weaknesses: Well she does get ditracted easily which sometimes interupts what she's doing that's why she can't be used for shows. Also she can get a little big for her booties and often goes after things alont bigger than she's meant to and she has a habbit with chasing or racing the cars which can sometimes get her into trouble.

Name: Teegan Baggaley

Age: 19
Field of expertise: Well she is good working around most animals as she has came for her work experience at the zoo, but she is also looking at staying on at the job for the future. So she needs to find which department is best for her.
Picture/Description: She has long wavy blonde hair, with a side fringe or sometimes she wears it out. Her eyes are a mix of three colors making them very unique; blue, green and brown. Her teeth are a lovely pearl white and straight. She is quite a thin girl but she does have a bit of muscle on her. She is quite small for her age being about 5'3. She has tanned skin and worked as a model at the age of 16 then decided she wanted to work at the zoo.
Personality: Shes a bubbly girl who laughs at pretty much anything, she does have a good sense of humor and can have a good laugh with others as she isn't boring. Usually. Teegan has quite an out-going attitude hence her young age and she still has a lot to learn. She isn't to confident and feels she isn't as pretty as most girls, but she still gets on with life and doesn't let it get her down. Teegan loves listening to music, its one of her favorite things to do along with horse riding, drawing, training her dogs Zack (Golden Retriever) and Cody (Pitbull) and playing the guitar. She does have a soft spot for all animals and isn't even scared of the insects, but she is afraid of heights. Although she can be kind she does have a very cocky and sarcastic attitude that can sometimes get her into trouble but that's just her.

Extra: Her style is quite mixed in what she wears. She sometimes dressed like a hipster, sometimes indie and sometimes swag/casual (snap-back, jeans, vest, hoodies, leggins etc). Splash.

Justin purred in respond, as Brooke gave him a rub on the ear. Justin really liked Brooke. She was friendly, and had a soft heart. The young tiger turned to the meat that was placed from Brooke that was inside the bucket. "Oh yes. Breakfast time" he smiled, slowly going towards the food, and began chewing on it. I wish I had more..I'm still hungry he complained in his mind, as he continued eating. Then suddenly, Justin was finished was his food, but he wanted more. Sadly, he had to wait for lunch or dinner. Then Justin traveled over back to Scarlett and carry back to the conversation. "Well, it's good to hear your fine" he smiled "And I'm doing fine myself" he flicker his tail, as wanted to blush, but didn't. "You most certainly look lovely, by the way" he smiled, giving a soft lick.
Minutes later, the sun was up and a day was opened for the children. Justin signed. There's was noting else to do, but lay there and lick himself all day until he get a hair ball. Justin was bored, he wanted to do something fun...but what? Then turned to the tigress. "Hey Scarlett? What are you going to do today?" he panted, as the sun was beating at him. But literally, but just shining on him. Today was going to be a long day...

Scarlett looked up from the last of her breakfast to see Justin looking down at her. She smiled and nudged the meat towards him, "You most certainly look lovely by the way." He said, Scarlett blushed, she wasn't used to compliments "Thank you" She laughed "You can have this if you want." She gestured towards the food. As soon as she said that the clock struck eight times, signalling that the zoo was now open to the public. She rolled her eyes, "Hey Scarlett?" Justin asked "What are you going to do today?" Scarlett flicked her tail "Nothing exciting." She sighed as she stood up "Why?" She added.

Zoe
Zoe switched off her car engine and opened the car door, picking up the four big bags of food. She quickly looked at her watch and smiled "Just on time" She said aloud. As she walked through the gates she avoided the large crowds gathering round the enclosures. Every so often she would nod a polite 'Hello' to another keeper or pat a little child's head. Finally, once she had reached the food shelter her arms felt like they were going to fall off. She cut up three chunks of meat carefully, avoiding her fingers, and put them in a bowl. Zoe grabbed her whistle and headed for the wolf enclosure.
She opened the cage doors and blew on the whistle. At first, nothing happened but then she saw three tiny wolf cubs scampering towards her, a smile lit up her face as they jumped on top of her, knocking her over. "Hey, you guys." She laughed, gently pushing them off of her. "Look what I got ya." She said, throwing them each a small chunk of the meat.

Azalea
Azalea slowly woke at the sunlight shining down. It was a very nice day today. Slowly the cheetah stood, stretching her strong leg muscles. Her tail unfolded from a curl and went down just to flicking side to side. Aza then started walking towards where the keepers would feed her. She slowly went fast from a walk to a slow sprint. Eventually Azalea went full out sprinting. But she soon slowed as she was at the feeding area and she was tired from running at that speed.

Justin
Justin looked at the chunk of meat. Was she sure of giving the meat? He turned to Scarlett "Are you sure? You can have it, I insistence." he smiled, using his paw to push the meat towards the tigress. Even though, the meat didn't fill him, he had to give the meat. He didn't want to be rude. Then suddenly, Justin's raised his hand, as Scarlett rose up. He sighed and replied. "Well..We usually do the same thing over and over again..So I just wondering..Uh..Because I'm just bored, and want to do something fun..You know/" The male tiger sighed with bored, while he laid his body against the tree, wondering what to do besides entertaining the kids..

Scarlett
Scarlett sighed and pushed the meat to one side, "There, now no one can have it" She said, smirking. As she stood up, Justin said "Well... We usually do the same thing over and over again.. So I was just wondering.. Uh.. Because I'm just bored, and wanting to do something fun, you know." Scarlett nodded her head and looked at the gathering crowds outside her enclosure "Shall we go for a walk?" She asked "Y'know, just around the... cage" She said, gesturing towards the trees behind them.

The small cub lay silently as her stomach moved in an up and down motion as she breathed in a sort of rythm, her stiped pelt as fluffy as cotton. She lay in the hay that was placed in her shed like shelter where she slept. Although it was very comfortable. A small light shone through the exit of her shelter as her eyes slowly opened.
Mika extended her legs as she stretched a small mew coming from her mouth as she lifted herself up from her side, her chocolate eyes squinted slightly trying to blur out the suns burning rays. She could hear the mutter of humans as she walked out many gasping at the young cub as her head tilted. She looked over to her right to see the two larger tigers Scarlet and Justin sitting by eachother, then a human entered the cage.
The keeper walked over to the two larger tigers and began to socialize with them as Mika shrugged her shoulders and padded over to one of the tree stumps in the enlosure, tripping over her large paws on the way as many giggles could be heard as her ears twitched. Shaking her body off she knelt down and gripped onto the tree stump her back legs hanging down for a few seconds as she shuffled them up the stump and hurled herself ontop. She sat silently as her small head spun around she looked at all the humans surrounding the cage as she let out a mew.
The sun shone into the savannah enclosure as many humans began to gather around the savanna enclosure, many humans were talking as they spotted the first cheetah. Kiyza was the 2nd cheetah to wake up her sunset orange eyes glittering in the sunlight as she lifted up her head peering around her tail patting against the ground. She opened her mouth as a yawn escaped, she lifted to her paws and gave out a stretch.
She padded over to the fence where people were gathering as they all went slightly silent as the she cat approached. She brushed herself along the fence as she felt many fingers prodding her through the gaps but she didn't mind she was kinda use to it by now. Letting out a slight chuckle she padded over to a near by tree with shade under is as she lovered herself to the ground her tail patting against the ground once again.
The sun shone through the window into the blonde she's room, as she slightly stirred. The birds blissful songs could be heard from inside the house as Teegan woke with a smile extending her arms stretching "I best get up and ready its my first day at work today!" She smiled and jumped up with excitement as she began to get ready, and have her breakfast. About an hour later she was finished and walked out her large door locking it behind her. Lucky for her she only liked 10-15 minutes away from the zoo so she didn't need a car to travel there she just walked.
She arrived at the large gates as she let out a sigh of relief "Here we go" she smiled slightly clapping her hands as she placed them together then rubbing them together to lower them back at her side. She walked into the office area where the manager came out and showed her what needed done and all the different departments etc, but she already knew this from her time spend training.
She said her farewells to the manager then she set off on her job, the first task she was set was to handle some of the much more smaller animals like the rodents and insects. Her first stop was the cage of few of the rats, she needed to clean them out and feed them "this should take me no time" she mumbled as she put on her gloves and began to set off on her job.
(Sorry about no pictures and color I am on my phone so can't really add it but once I get my laptop I will add it and hope its ok if Mika shares a cage with the two larger tigers?).

As Justin was about to get up and answered Scarlett's questioned, the bell rang. It was time for the children and families to enter. Then suddenly, the gates opened and hundred of children and families came rushing in. Justin eyes widened as he was watching the scene. "What's so exciting about going to the zoo? You just look at the animals and moved to the place" he moaned, and walked by Scarlett's side. As he was by her side, he was silent. He didn't know what to else..Should take Scarlett to a different place in the tiger's area and just play around. He shrugged to himself. Then suddenly, Justin felt many eyes wondering them as they stayed closed by. Justin looked around and just growled underneath his breathe. Then surprisingly, a little kid in the crowd yelled out something. "Oh look at them..Fill with love.." he said, pointing at the young couple. Everyone 'aww'..Justin looked down and just stood their for awhile. It was kinda awkward to tell a tiger was in love or not..

Scarlett watched all of the humans staring at her and Justin, "What's so exciting about going to the zoo? You just look at the animals and moved to the next place." Justin moaned, standing next to Scarlett. "I know, right," She replied, "It's no big deal." She turned her head to see Mika perched on a tree stump and smiled softly at her. Before she could say anything to the cub, she heard a high pitched voice yelling at her and Justin "Oh look at them.. Full with love!" He said, pointing at them. Scarlett could feel that Justin was getting uncomfortable and growled quietly "Just ignore them... They don't know anything." She said, turning away from the crowds.

Justin was now angry. He looked around silent for awhile, then made the loudest roar. Telling the people to leave. He wanted to be alone for awhile. Justin turned around and climbed a little rocky hill, which led to the playground only for tigers. Justin looked at the playground and decided to hang over the monkey bars, to relax. Even though, he can't climb with two paws. Justin rested his muzzle on his paws, slightly closing his eyes.
