Eh, I am new here so I don't exactly know if I might have done something wrong with registering my account however~! Whenever I log on the site I can do it juuuust fine. However, whenever I enter the game and type in my username and password(I have tried 4 times, I didn't want to try 5 times) it says its incorrect... What should I do?

Well, we can start off with checking these things:
1.Make sure you don't have caps on.
2.Any symbols in the username/passwords?
3.Have you used the numberpad at the side of my keyboard, to your right when making the password/name?

I'm having the same problem. I just registered today and I know for SURE that my username and password are correct.

Adding on to Shallow, is your password long? If its long you may have problems with logging in to the game. To fix this you will need to change your password. And I'm pretty sure you have to be logged into the site to log into the game. I hope this helps ;)
