Title: FH won't let me log into the game...

i'm a pretty new member and wanted to play feral heart... but now it won't log in.
i've already read the big help thread about this, but nothing helped yet. is there any other way besides making a new account to play fh?...please, help!

How long is your username in-game?
If you have never logged in with that before and that is more then 16 letters then that username woun't work only thing you can do then is making a new account.

Arr, what WolfKate said above.

Adding onto it, though, you can change your password if it is longer than 16 characters/letters. You can change it by going to Profile>>Account Related Settings, then changing your password, and saving it. Try entering the game after this, and it should let you in.

Yes what they all said, but when it doesn't let you log in, what message pops up? Or does it simply crash? It's difficult to understand what you're talking about if you aren't more detailed. And I had a problem like this, it's the username probably, it can't be too long, so you have to make another account but sadly you need a different e-mail.

okay...it says i am banned for 15 minutes for wrong password or username. but i've already tried changing password and tried changing internet settings, all what the help thread said ;a;


does that mean i have to wait another long time to make a new account and also need a new email for that account?

Awh, I'm sorry to hear it timed out on you, floof. However, I do think trying a new account to see if that works might be worth a shot. You will need a new email for it, but keep checking in every now and then during the day, and you will find registration open, since it does open daily.

Sorry about that. :( Our problem is exactly the same, it's probably because of your username, just make a new account with a shorter username and everything should work out fine after that. c:
