Since I can go on Feral heart now, I've gone mad and started downloading loads of items. But sometimes no body sees them on my character!!! I don't always get this, but sometimes... For instant, I have got a red sword in my mouth, I can see it but nobody else can. I don't get it?  :(

It really depends if the other person has any items downloaded. If one member doesn't have any items downloaded and installed on their computer then they cannot see any items at all.

Not even if they have the Christmas hat?

Since the Christmas Hat comes with Feralheart then yes, that would probably be the only item that can be seen. Unless of course they deleted that item, that would be the only way to not see any items at all... if that makes sense ^^
