Title: What do I have to do?

What do I have to do when I try to connect it tells "connecting to the front server" Then it says "incorrect username or password (5 failed attempts cause 15 min ban) "

What's the problem my username and password are correct

(I dowloaded the game ( not torrent ))

Usually it means that your password or username is wrong. Check them for caps lock, un-needed symbols or letters. And if you're one hundred percent sure that you have both of them right, then you should check the connection on your computer. See if the server is up on the forum, check your router, and make sure you have high connection to the internet. You can also try completely un-installing and deleting your Feral Heart folder and re-install it. But I'm not sure if that will work. It's a guess.
