I look for my friend, and it says they are that "PalominoSummerValley"

Where is that? Or where is the portal to that? Can someone help?

That's a custom map. You'll have to ask your friend for the download to that map if you want to go there.

 Your friend has a downloaded map, the map shes in is a custom map that either she made or someone else made. You can get maps and download them here in this section. There are lots of free public maps you may like
