If you're getting 'Feralheart, exe has stopped working' (Which is what I'm guessing when you say exe) then most likely either the server is hiccuping or restarting since that has happened recently and I got the 'Feralheart.exe has stopped working' aswell. If you get it all the time, then I'd suggest re-installing.

First, look in your particles folder to see if you have any duplicates. Ex.: bonfire_01.particle
Or in weather. If you don't see any, maybe you should reinstall, or perhaps uninstall and reinstall.
Remember to save your stuffies in another folder not located in the FH folder if you uninstall! :3 Or try using 'Character Reset'

This works for me. I ONLY USE RESET HOME if my character is in Flourite, or a map I made.
Use character reset if your character is stuck in Flourite or is stuck in a tasty stew about to be
eaten by the map.

1) Log into the FH website.
2) Up at the top, where it says Hello '_____', you have 2 messages, 0 which are unread.
Click Character Reset, and it will take you to yet another page where you have to log in.
3) Log in on that page and it will show the list of your characters. Find the one that is
stuck in Flourite and click Go Home, unless the character's home /is/ Flourite. Then you'll
have to use Reset Home.
4) Go into FH and see if it will work on that character.
If it does, good for you! If not, I have one more solution.

1) Go to the FH website.
2) At the tip top of the screen, there will be a thing that says Game Server is online with ____ users playing.
3) If this says Game server is offline, you'll see that that's the problem.
4) Your game will say Bad Token, then crash if you try to go back into FH.
5) you could also try re-installing.

This happened to me once. I had "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working" as soon as I tried to launch the program. I had to reinstall it.
