Title: Server problem (PLEASE REPLY)

I am sorry to be so urgent but this has been going on for too long for no reason. As in my first post, others have had this problem. Where I can't get on Feralheart's server no matter what I do. Nothing is wrong with my computer. I get on Feralheart. Type in my username and password. I hit login. It doesn't log me in instead it says, "FAILED TO CONNECT TO THE FRONT SERVER". For at least five days Feralheart hasn't allowed me to get on at all NO MATTER what I delete, uninstall, or scan. A few other have had this same problem. I have posted for help once, and got no direct help. I ask of someone, please, I have no idea why it is doing this. All I know is that it IS Feralheart's server, there is no other way it is something else. Again, I am sorry for being so urgent but in my past post, no one answered directly and I can find no other way to fix Feralheart. Please respond. And I have clarified it is Feralearts server by deleting any harmful things in my own computer. But even after that, there was no change in what it said.

That happened to me once. When to many people are playing on Feral Heart it went let anyone else play. I suggest you keep trying to log in every day, it took a week for me to finally be able to go into the server. Hope this helped

To be honest I'm not sure it IS the FeralHeart server causing this problem, since I've been online almost everyday for awhile and I haven't experienced any server problem.
If it would be the server we would all get affected.

Have you checked your AntiVirus/firewall protection and made sure it isnt blocking FeralHeart? It's not unusual that virus programs do that when it doesn't recognize the game/program being run.

How about your computer? Is it up to date with graphic cards and such things?

I have same problem too, I completed the log in part,but it's keep bugging me on the charater choose,every charater I choose >>Start has been like this "Bad token"...I've create a new charater,still that problem,reply please... ??? ??? ??? ??? :-\ >:(
