I have a question about the game for my friend. Can you download Feralheart on a tablet? If so, what kind of tablet can you get it on?

Sorry, but no. Feralheart itselft cannot be played on a mobile device. The forums can be acessed and used via a tablet or other device, but the game is currently only availible for PC, and will probably stay that way for quite a long time, if not forever.
