Title: Not sure if this is a glitch...

Well, I login in the forum. Everything is okay, right? I put the username, password is correct and then the site brings me to a page with a bit of HTML and then Password Incorrect. I need to put the password like 10 times, and it is ALWAYS correct.
Is that a glitch?

I think it's a spam message you're talking about. It's what happens when you quit the forum still logged on and after a while when you come back and log on again it comes up with the spam message you probably just got. Another reason is maybe you've left yourself logged in on another device? Such as iPod, your phone, Nintendo..etc.

Well thank you. I am always logged in in my iPad o.o
So this is just the server logging off the account in another device right?

Yeah, you need to make sure you log off instead of staying logged on and logging in on another device.
