Title: Crashing when I log on my characters with mass markings/items?

Whenever I log onto my characters with mass markings and/or items I crash. Help? x:

Moving to Game Help (please be mindful of where you post in the future, please!).

Also, I would suggest reinstalling these packs, first, since it's likely there's an error in one of these packs. When you reinstall, click "Yes" to replace any images/files that are duplicated. Then, try opening the game again on these characters. A simply reinstallation might be all you need.
