Title: 403 Error Help

I have a serious problem, my friend had signed up on the site but whenever she went to activate her account it came up as a 403 error message, when she went to activate it registration was closed. Would that be the problem or is it something else?

Well say her to activate when the registration is again open, because the activation after registration doesn't work.

 When you catch the registration box open, it's best to click on everything needed to activate the account during this time before is closes. After the registration closes then it won't accept any new applications that are being processed through it. So perhaps wait to watch the registration open again or make another account and fully go through the whole process again.
