Why are people telling me they have new emotes? I didn't get any ;; Where are they coming from?

I've never downloaded emotes ^^; Would you mind telling me where to put them?

Sure, once you downloaded them, you'll see codes and copy then go to fhfolder>emotes
then paste at the last spaces if you get me ^^ if you get confused on what I'm saying then you may search in youtube. :3
