Title: Arrow, Irish's Request

Hmm.. so I've been in some assistance. I've already drew him, as you can see, but I want to go a step further and have him (Sorry I Don't Know The Exact Word ^.^) colored on the, computer, make him anime like. It would make me so happy! There's no time I need it by, and you'd get you're credit. c: Both of our names would be put on it, well user names. If you're up for the challenge, great! Message me for further details! Thanks! <3
