Title: Help me in the Registry!

Hello, my friend would like to play Feral Heart, she dropped and everything, but in time to register and gives gives error on a page which displays the following message: "Access Denied" because that? She really wants to play and so far I had to borrow an account for her, but she wants one of her own, could you help me? And I apologize for my bad english, I'm from Brazil, right, obriagdo already :)

Registry only opens for an hour each day. Just check often.
