Title: Preset and Downloading Item Packs- Need Help Please ;-;

I've been trying to find tutorials on how to download item packs... Apparently on YouTube, people use Microsoft 8 or something other than what I use, any simple steps I can follow to get items? I already downloaded the Dingo and Delays pack, and also a few others. I just don't know what files to place them in and I think I have to re-install since I messed up a few times  :-[ it would be nice if someone could help me.. Thanks  ;)

Well, I'm just saying that it'd be best if you'd have posted in Game Help, but okay. XD
Anywho, if there is no readme.txt then here's a little tutorial. ;)

Not by me. Also, here's a suggested item pack link that has a lot of items. I'd say it's pretty epic.
