Title: Possible preset material code?

I was thinking about new ways to make presets.

I wanted to know if this material is possible,

a code that makes markings invisible by day, and glow when it is dark.

a code where your markings soften and sharpen in a time frame. like a pulsing.

a moving texture like water, where two textures go in different directions.

and if these are possible, could you post a code here please?
