Is there a action chat?

I have kinda a screenie:

Is there really a action chat? Like the command /me on IT?

I would be really appreciated if someone answers this C:

The action chat shows the following:

- If someone in group has come online/offline
- If you have disbanded/deleted/created a group
- If you've saved a screen shot successfully

(it shows more, but this is the most noticeable)
