Title: the unusual news marquee

in my honest opinion, i'm kind of tired of seeing that "unusual news" marquee at the top of the forum.
it's been up there long enough, shouldn't something more, er, important and forum-related be there? perhaps something regarding the next contest, information on the server & how the repairs are coming, etc. just a thought.

I agree with this, if it's 'unrelated' then shouldn't it not be up there in the first place.

I believe it's 'Unusual News' not unrelated news. Regardless, I must admit that I too agree with this. It's been up there for an extremely long time now, surprised it hasn't been changed yet actually. It doesn't really annoy/bother me at all though, again, a change would be nice.

Yar, I agree with those before me, and 'tis not "unrelated news". It says "unusual news" as Vesp stated.

Anyhow, they could change it to direct those to at least the Summer MOTS nominations, perhaps. The unusual news has been going on for quite long rather.

It doesn't paricularly annoy me to see it up there, but I do agree that it would be nice if they would change it.

fixed the little mistake in the title & op.

nevertheless, hopefully a mod will notice this and change it.
i would particularly enjoy something regarding the server. :>

I know, right? I quit reading the darn topic, and would love it if it would be more related to FH.
It's just some random drama I hoped to stop, and it being there just keeps it up. >_<
It is a bit annoying, but I never really pay attention to it. I do wish they could change it though, not trying to be rude or anything.

when i first saw it, i was like "well okay that's bad" but it's not like this sort of thing doesn't happen to most popular online personas, yeah? i didn't think it was directly related to feral heart, either, - not to be impolite to any of the staff or the way they're runnin' this ship. i understand the reason it was posted, to defend a mod here at feral heart, but it wasn't something that belonged in the news marquee. honestly, i would have preferred to see it as a pinned post, at most, in a proper forum somewhere.
