It is unknown as to when the registration will open. However, I do know that it opens randomly quite daily, so my advice is merely check in every hour or every other hour to see if you have any luck. That's all I can tell you for not even the Staff themselves know when the registration will re-open again. All I can say is sit tight and keep checking the forums every hour to see if they're open.
