Title: How to report people?

I caught two people acting inappropriately in a very public map with many people telling them to stop. I do not wish to say what they were doing out loud :-X, but am asking where to post the screen shots and their user names. Please assist me.

Just to add onto what Warrior has provided, here is a link to the staff members here that you can send a PM to with the screenshots you have of the offense.
