Title: Friend listing disapeared

So, I was chatting with a friend in a pm, then when I tried to respond to her, the orange text popped up saying, "This uses is not found." So I tried to put her on my ban list to see if she would still pop up. Once again. "There is no name by this user." I could still see her on my 'Online' friend listing. So I asked some of my friends around me to whisper her. They told me she was offline. After a bit, her name went offline, so I closed my FH to restart it. Once I opened it up again and checked my friend listing, there was no one. No one in 'Online', no one in 'Offline', and no one in my banned. This is extremely frustrating. Another friend of mine just got the same issue. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm having the same problems D:, I just went to go log on and when I was ingame none of my friends or blocked people were listed, as if I had no friends or blocked people. I also would like to know how to get this problem fixed please

Same thing happened to me Dx
Idk what it is but its pretty odd.
I randomly log on and check my friends list and all of them are gone o_o. I mean they're there but i cant see the name.
Also it doesnt show other players have left or arrived, it just says "    has disconnected" or "    has left"
Usernames disappeared on characters besides your own.
This is crazy. Dx

A friend told me on skype that it's a Name database glitch. It doesn't affect your actual gameplay except you can't see users on name tags and movie will be screwed up.

Yes, everyone is getting this glitch. Correct, Nina, it is a database glitch. Calm down, guys.~ Everything will be alright; Feralheart is just under stress at the moment.~ Hope this helped, sincerely, Re.~

The same issue here! It shows no ones usernames, but it shows the players Name tag. And it shows " has disconnected" " Has arrived." My friends list has gone completely empty too. It just started recently, and I'm hoping it will be fixed by tomorrow...Well good luck you guys! Post if you find out anything new!

Its happening to me too. I keep getting "Has made a movie, Has arrived" etc xD

Pretty sure we're all having the same problem. All I want to know, though, is when/if this is going to be fixed. XD ... And maybe I'm curious what exactly happened, too.

Of course it's going to be fixed. Many of the MODs including Razmirz has already been informed of the situation and I'm sure the problem will be resolved sooner than you think. However, I cannot tell you the exact time/date of when it will be fixed, however. That is where patience comes in. Atleast we can still linger about in-game.
The reason for this happening is the Feralheart database (where the usernames are stored) is undergoing some glitches. Thus, the server is deciding to act all grumpy again.

Lingering about in-game has become less fun, though, I must say. I like to spend my time in Bonfire, but tonight, the glitch has brought about a couple trolls. Swearing, spamming, and impersonating a staff member. This wouldn't normally be a problem for me if not for the fact that they can't be blocked because of the glitch.

The server is derping, not impressive.
But friend list disappearing and "has made a movie." and "has arrived"? Nawww, the server should be kidding with us. xD


Seems like the glitch is fixed now; went in Whinp and in Nisk. niw
