Alright; I'm in need of a couple of objects/meshes that need finding or creating. c:
The first is strobe lights that would have from a stages roof or somewhat (That include particle glow?) like this;

Next I need neon hoops, I can make them glow with the current particles I have. I need them in every color of the rainbow;
