is it possible for the staff to see everyone's e-mails? or is it hidden to everyone unless the person allow it to be seen?

 I think that you can choose whether you want staff / other members to see your email. You can mingle with the options in your forum settings.

Administrators would definitely be able to see a member's email address, I would imagine Moderators probably would as well. I wouldn't imagine the staff being interested in knowing everyone's email address unless of course that member is known for causing trouble.

 For regular members of FH, your email is kept private unless you do give the options your account settings to make it public for others to see. For sure admins can see your e-mail and in game usernames cause well they run the whole website. Forum mods do also have the ability to see your game username  as well.
