Title: My friend lost her account??

My friend PhoenixHeart had an account on Feral Heart, but the other day she tried logging into the website, and it wouldn't work. But playing on the actual game worked. So to fix this, she went to a help forum on here and read to not have any numbers in your pass. So seeing this was the problem, she went to change it on the site. She typed in her email and tried sending the new password to her email. But it said that the email never exists on the site. So she went back to the actual game, tried logging in and it never worked again.
She can no longer access her account, could anyone possibly explain why this is? Thanks in advance!

Is it possible that she mis-typed her email? Though I'm not sure could have caused this, your friend might have to create a new account.
But like I said, I don't really know so it'd be best for you to PM a mod or admin. Sorry ^^"

This is caused by your friend not activating her account via email to the Feralheart website when she first signed up to it. This is why it's important to activate your account for after a while or so of not activating it to the website, the activation will become inactive and pretty much your account will tend to do what your friend is experiencing.

Please inform a member of staff that is currently online about account related topics. Account related topics aren't really appreciated in the help boards or any of the boards. It's also to help keep hackers away.
