Title: Can I Be Banned for Visiting a Private Map?

I am considering joining an RP, so I asked a few questions on the RP site. They weren't being answered, so I'm considering going into the map. Is this against the rules since its a private map? Thanks!

You could read the rules to find that answer. If it's a private map that you need to download for a roleplay than join first I'd suggest.
A private map should always have a password some where too only for roleplay members too.
It's not exactly against the rules I think but it's suggested you don't download it unless you're in the RP.

I'm a bit confused though so don't blame me if I get this wrong.

I would stay out of their map, although there are no formal rules against it, the group you'd like to join may not be so inviting.
